The product is of good quality, but occasionally the animals do manage to damage parts. Every request to the Bird Buddy team regarding the possibility of sending a replacement part was answered positively, and they sent me the required replacement part free of charge within a few weeks. I consider this excellent service.

My camera will not charge and although I took very good care of it Birdbuddy is unwilling to replace. I understand that it is out of warranty, but every winter I bring it in the house and did not even utilize it so in my mind, it really should still be covered, but unfortunately, it is not. And moving forward, I would not purchase another one you’ll recommend Birdbuddy to anybody.

Both of my family members who I purchased the bird buddies for enjoyed them immensely. Unfortunately so did the squirrels who literally destroyed them. They were great while they lasted and my grandchildren really enjoyed them in both No. Cal and NYC. Wish they had been less susceptible to squirrel damage.
