I just love my Birdbuddy
I just love my Birdbuddy. The birds in my backyard I did not know visited. A hummingbird investigated my Birdbuddy and flew away because it did not prefer the seeds. So I put up a hummingbird feeder and now I have hummingbirds. I’ve seen red bellied woodpeckers come to my feeder. I didn’t know I had them also. The discoveries are endless.

Replacement Part
I reached out because the plastic housing of the camera holder was cracked and was checking where I could buy a new one. Everyone at Birdbuddy was so kind and understanding. They sent me the replacement part free of charge and kept me posted on what was happening with this issue. Everyone was wonderful and accommodating!

Customer service is very personal and responsive. One think I don't like about the feeder is that it misses birds. Specifically, I will visually see a hummingbird visit my feeder and feed for about 20 - 30 seconds. This will often not be caught by my bird buddy.
