Your company has excellent customer service. I was responded to very quickly about my issue. A solution was tried and when that did not work, you took every effort to make it better. You corrected it and sent a new product. It was received in a speedy manner.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. We were surprised and so disappointed when our camera unexpectedly failed. We tried all of the app and website suggestions, but nothing worked. Chatted with customer service, and happily, our camera was replaced. We received it today and can’t wait to get the new one up and running to see our feathered visitors.

Bird Buddy is the best!
Bird Buddy is the best feeder out there! I have both the original and now the Hummingbird feeder! I had been gifted a different brand of the hummingbird feeder and it leaked profusely and I had a difficult time with their customer service! But Bird Buddy has excellent customer service! I highly recommend their products to my family and friends!
