So it's great until it stops working
So it's great until it stops working. My unit stopped recording after 3 months of use. No way to contact a live human or to get any sort of customer service. They will eventually go out of business and all the cameras will be useless like all IP devices. It's just a matter of time.

The employees who responded to my emails were very kind and courteous. They solved my issue quickly and my mom is very happy now that her bird buddy no longer has a broken sun roof. All is good now.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. My daughter bought this bird feeder for me for Mother’s Day but the solar roof was not in the box with everything else. I got in touch with the company via email and they wanted to see the box it came in. But we don’t have the box any more. Once we opened it and set it up, my husband threw out the box. Not sure how that matters anyway. So I guess we don’t get the solar roof that it was supposed to come with. Don’t buy this product. Customer service stinks!

Black bear decided to have a taste of the bird buddy housing ( destroyed all but camera ) contacted your agent to inquire on replacement housing. Extremely courteous, friendly and had my inquiry resolved quickly. I now have a tracking number on replacement. Can’t say enough good things.

The person handling my inquiry worked to solve my problem but it did not work. I then would have liked to just purchase a camera/battery but that is not available. I have to buy a complete unit. Cannot afford it right now. Will get it in a couple months.

They were very helpful with my issue. Prompt responses and they already sent my replacement camera before I sent the original camera back. I was shocked when I got the tracking number. I actually had sent the original back that day and realized they had already sent me a email with the tracking number and it had been mailed two days prior. That was very impressive and appreciated.

Replacement of back panel
