Bird Buddy truly went above and beyond…
Bird Buddy truly went above and beyond for me, which is surprising given how few companies do that. They provided me with a new unit because the charging port was messed up with my old one and they sent me a new back for my oldest Bird Buddy because the sun had worn it out and it broke. They also upgraded me to premium, because I was annoyed by the ai design. Given all the knock off feeders to Bird Buddy, I was tempted to try another brand and now I wont. BB earned my trust as customer.

the bird buddy camera
the bird buddy camera pictures were good, but we never got a lot of them even though we had a lot of hummingbirds.
bird buddy sent us a new camera and it did the same thing.
bird buddy did say they are issueing us a refund.
customer service is ok. it just took a long time to get results.
I wish that there was a customer service phone number to call. it would have been nice to be able to talk to someone and maybe troubleshoot our issues.

Great Product
I see a lot of people saying that this product last about a year. I have had my Birdbuddy camera for about 3 years now. Only broke last month during a rainstorm. The Birdbuddy team was very quick to get me a free replacement camera. This product works great. I especially love the livestream feature. Would reccomed.

I contacted Customer Service on needing a replacement for a broken part on my Birdbuddy. I had at least three different people keep in contact with me on my issue & received the replacement part in a week & at no charge! Best service I’ve had in the longest time. Thank You Birdbuddy, Tom.

I received a timely response from…
I received a timely response from BirdBuddy. My squirrel baffle was effective for a few months and the squirrels liked the Cayenne Pepper mixture. I am waiting for the solar roof to be restocked. Based on my experiences the past two years, I think my BirdBuddy will be used November-May. The wire connecting the camera to the solar roof was chewed apart in three areas even though the feeder always had seeds and was taken in at night.
