Approved me to fix my car if they could…
Approved me to fix my car if they could cut a check to the repair shop. Needed car fixed ASAP so I took care of charges, but denied a loan for school shopping. Same amount I was approved for the car repairs. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Always Available
I have been a member of Mutual Credit Union since 16. You all have been there from the purchase of my first car, throughout my education, and now as an adult you are still there when I need you. To have members via phone that I have never seen, congratulate me when I make large payments or members shout for me as I pay off a loan early shows me how much passion they have for people. My experience with joining the Mutual CU team was awesome. I had a lot of questions and at no time did anyone that I dealt with make me feel awkward.
