Murray Travel Omdömen

The travel agent gave us very helpful advice in planning where to stay on Fuerteventura. They also handled the whole booking procedure and printed off all the necessary boarding passes and vouchers. We were given the contact details of Murray Travel which allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing that they were always available if anything untoward was to happen.

A friendly and efficient experience from the moment we walked through the door, even our dog was made welcome and given a biscuit.
Communication has been excellent and expectations fully met, I would highly recommend and will certainly be booking with Dot and Murray Travel in the future.

I have used Murray Travel on many many occasions. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Sometimes companies will offer to 'get back' to me with an answer to my request, whereas Murray Travel can usually answer straight away suggesting what is and what is not feasible.
I have travelled widely maybe not making things easy or straightforward for them but they have always thoroughly researched all options to meet my more unusual requests.
The atmosphere in my local branch is warm and welcoming. The staff take a genuine interest and I often pop in after a trip to share my experiences.
My latest trip was a personal tour to Pakistan, India and Bhutan. I was treated like a family friend.

We've used Murray Travel a few times now and have always been delighted with the experience. Jen is so patient with us and nothing is too much trouble for her. The communication is excellent and she makes sure that everything is covered to ensure we have a trouble free holiday. We will definitely be using Murray Travel for our next break.

Excellent service from planning to coming home.
The itinerary was just what we asked for and response to queries was prompt and helpful. Will definitely use Murray Travel again.

Another excellent holiday booked through Murray Travel. Sarah found us a great value Aegean cruise, arranged flights, transfers, hotel stay in fact everything meaning we were enjoying our cruise just 14 days later. Everyone at Murray Travel is helpful, questions are answered promptly and there is a nice personal touch and we thoroughly recommend tem

Aimee and her team at Murray Travel Forres helped us organise a five week trip to New Zealand from which we have just returned. Aimee and her team were well informed, polite, and communicative and it gave us great confidence undertaking this trip. Indeed all aspects from air travel, to accommodation, and hire cars was seamless and went without a hitch. Highly recommended, we shall definite use Murray Travel in the future.

Review for Tony, Our Travel Agent

We had an amazing experience working with Tony for our trip to Mauritius! From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless and stress-free. His structured approach ensured that everything was well-organised, and he went above and beyond to find us a special resort that was more than we could have ever hoped for. Every detail was carefully considered, making our holiday truly unforgettable.

Susan sorted out a fantastic New York/Caribbean Cruise holiday for us over Christmas and New Year and we had a wonderful time with no issues at all.

Fantastic travel agency. Super helpful staff, especially KACIE.D .
Nothing was too much trouble, and they sorted EVERYTHING.
Would recommend them to anyone 100%

Trying to organise a family cruise holiday can be a challenge so leaving it in the hands of Murray Travel proved to be the best decision I’ve made. From the flights, transfers, hotel and cruise itself it couldn’t have gone smoother . Nothing was too much trouble and whatever silly question I thought I had they answered and made me feel the holiday planning was in safe hands. Holidays can be expensive and a badly organised holiday can be stressful and traumatic. I will not hesitate in using Murray Travel for any holiday whether it’s for a few days or a few weeks . Highly recommend

Attentive service from Kacie, listened to our holiday requirements and sourced a good range of holidays for us to choose from. Had a lovely break away with all documentation provided in a handy A5 folder. Great contact details for when we were away in case we needed assistance (we didn't but it was reassuring to have). A very pleasant experience which exceeded our expectation. Will definitely use Murray Travel again.

We used Murray Travel in the recommendation of a friend. Carla at was a fantastic agent. She was really helpful, calm and patient. Taking into account all our needs and requests and communicating everything we required. The holiday we booked was in Corfu and we were very happy with all aspects. We would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to book a holiday.

Our family holiday to Antalya in October was booked by Kacie from Murray Travel, Elgin. From start of booking to our holiday Kacie was an excellent help. Through her recommendations, advice, and suggestions, she was a wonderful support to us. I thoroughly recommend Murray Travel for anybody's Travel Agency needs.

We have used Murray Travel on numerous occasions for both city breaks and for longer holidays and they have always been fantastic. For our most recent trip Susan provided us with numerous options on location and hotel following our brief with each one hitting the mark. We eventually settled on Ceasars Gardens Hotel in Lindos Rhodes which was fantastic. So quiet and relaxing with excellent standard of service.
I would highly recommend Susan at Murray Travel to arrange and book your next holiday.

Great service, sourced great flights for us with good communication and follow up - will definitely use again :-)

I was nervous about my first holiday in 6 years, involving carrying medical equipment and attending an overseas clinic. I shouldn’t have worried, Susan Freeman at Murray Travel in Inverness took over all the travel arrangements which gave us trouble-free easy journeys and a brilliant holiday. Using a travel agent is inevitably more expensive than doing everything yourself, but the benefits hugely outweigh the extra cost. We had all our paperwork dealt with, special assistance through the airports and reassuring updates when necessary. I will definitely use Murray Travel again and recommend others.

Everything was organised down to last letter. No worries for travelling, transfer and hotel accommodation - went like clockwork. Tony found us a holiday exactly what we wanted, nothing was a problem. Thank you.

It's been over 25 years since I used a travel agent to book a holiday......and I realise the mistake I've been making! Could not fault the service we received from Murray Travel and I cannot wait to book our next holiday.

We had a "window" in October and were looking for somewhere warm. Kate MacIver came up with a dozen suggestions, which we narrowed down to three!. Kate was very patient as we deliberated further and with some further input, we plumped on Turkey.

From booking the holiday, to returning to Scotland, the service throughout provided by Kate and Murray Travel was second to none! I cannot recommend them highly enough and as stated, we will be using Kate and her colleagues in the future.
