The office staff is great
The office staff is great. They took our booking seriously. I never had any miss since I started to use their service years ago. The only problem I have is tipping the driver. I don’t know how to do it on the app. Most drivers are reliable and have good attitude. I’m willing to leave them a tip.

Always use Abetta in a world of uber unreliability and Altin - in his clean and comfortable car - didn’t disappoint early morning, when drove us to a central London hospital for surgery. He was punctual, polite, pleasant and professional. He received slightly incorrect destination info (different to correct as received in confirmation) but followed our directions when we were in the area. Abetta texted with up-to-date arrival times (do not have the app) featuring his name, car and tel number. Thank you.

We have used Abetta for many years now and they are always reliable and prompt. Recently we used them for a trip to Heathrow and then a couple of weeks later a pick up from a cruise back to Southampton. The driver Elena was a pleasure to drive with. Always use your local firm if you can!
