Ordered the mystery box for my nephew and he loved it. Couldn’t get over the amount of sweets for the price of the product!! Customer service very helpful, ordered three more with special that was on best aunty ever!!!!

I ordered a surprise birthday box on 6th November wanted it for 16th says 5-8 business days and I’ve still not received it sent multiple emails and asked for a refund as it’s no use now child’s birthday has past and no reply from them!! Not a good way to run a business

I ordered in June, and in Late October I had to be refunded, countless emails back and forth, I had to mention I was going to seek legal advice, they quickly responded. Please do not order off this company as they never fulfill the orders at all.

Scam do not order .. have heard of serval people not receiving orders !!

I ordered two box’s of sweets one Christmas mystery box and a mystery birthday one on the 12th of November and 13th of November and I haven’t received them as I I would to know when there sent out to me as the birthday one I needed as it has already been his birthday and still waiting on it as I would like no when I get them

Waited nearly a month for the toy show box,totally different than the video showing what was in the box,only 8 items in the box and 2 of of those were candy canes and 2 were lollypops,terrible communication as tried contacting numerous times over different social media platforms with no reply,would never use them again,if I could give lower than one star I would

Totally agree with all the other reviews here Mr Candy are scammers. I ordered 3 prime flavours for my son 6 months ago now still haven received my order. I asked several times for a refund never got it. got one reply to my emails. Then they sent me an email for a discount voucher which I had to email them back for which I didn’t want. I wanted my money back. A few weeks ago I got a shipping notification but still haven received anything. Do not order from them they will take your money and send you nothing scammers.

Despite the reply from mr candy below I have not received my order it hasn’t been delivered. I also have had no email from them reaching out to me. It is now going on 7 month still no product. At this point money back would be greatly appreciated.

Mr candy have now refunded my order seem my reply to them got their attention.

Absolute scam of a business, avoid at all costs. Ordered in June, and as of the 17th of Nov, have received no goods.

Ordered 2 mystery packs in July. Still no sign of them or any reply from the company.

I placed an order on the 11th of July and as of 14 November still have not received it. I initially had received an email to say they were experiencing delays and would issue me a gift card for my inconvenience however did not receive this either. I have sent several emails since asking for a refund and none of them have been answered. Also commented on social media posts (comment section is now disabled) and private messaged them on their social media platforms. A very unprofessional company

Ordered a mystery box and few bottles of prime from this lot back in July and didn’t receive a thing
It took me nearly 3 months to get anywhere with them
I went public with all the information I had on them
Found out where they are based and reported them to the local gardai and logged a complaint with them
As soon as they got word that I had involved the gardai a full refund was given to me with a miserable attempt at a sorry for the delay message
Robbing thieving scum is all they are

Package hasn’t come after 2 months and I emailed them twice and till no response it was for a birthday too and ordered a month in advance, very poor service and customer care , for a service in Ireland it’s very bad , wouldn’t recommend it’s over rated and expensive

Placed an order beginning of july, still haven't received anything, numerous emails, some were answered in the beginning stating there was a delay, now not replying to emails, waste of money and time

I wouldn’t even give them a star I’ve been waiting on my order since aughust and I’m only living in Ireland absolutely disgraceful it was meant to be a gift but couldn’t be because of the lateness would not recommend at all 🤬😡

Do not buy anything off this website you will not receive it and they will take your money, I placed an order weeks ago and have not received it,I messaged them 3 times and no reply.

Placed my order start of July, after numerous emails and requests for updates. I eventually got a reply on the 28 July, stating sorry for the delay and that my had been cancelled as I requested. And I would be refunded within a couple of days, as of today the 01 Nov I still haven't received my refund. And again absolutely no response to emails and messages for update, it's an absolute shame that a company like this is allowed to constantly rip people off. And show zero customer service, please anybody thinking of buying from them. DON'T, save your money and time. Plenty of genuine businesses out there that sell similar and supply orders and show some respect to customers. Avoid Mr Candy at all costs.

€30 for a can of orange, lots of very sour sweets (gone straight into the bin) and some jellies and a pack of banshee bones. Absolute waste of money. So disappointing.
