Delighted with my order, delivery on time as promised, two days in post, excellent customer service as my email was replied to in minutes, definitely will buy again, thank u as I have one happy little boy

I ordered a mystery box in July 2023. No sign of it and multiple emails and contacts but no reply. I gave up and then received an email saying my order was on the way May 26th..... I mean WHAT??? 2 YEARS LATER. I have the package now, I'm afraid to open it as I watched the Tylenol documentary and am still living in fear of being poisoned 🫠 I never looked inside, ill check the dates and see if they're still in date or is it literally the package that should have been sent 2 years ago. Brutal service! If they had emailed, or sent a note with the package explaining and apologising it might have been received a bit better. But... they didn't

I ordered 3 bottles of prime in October 2023 when it was "the next best thing" as My child insisted they wanted it for Xmas. I thought I was being organised ordered it a few months before but I was so wrong. By November & December there was no sign so sent them an email which was returned to me (like their email address was shut down) I thought it was a scam & thought no more of it. I received an email May 13th 2025 mentioning said parcel was due for delivery. It arrived nearly 2 years later & they were all out of date. Never again will I attempt to order from this company. Complete scam and no way of contacting them!

This is a late review by a few years that I have now come back to post about.

I once ordered TG Friday's Crisps off this website and was very excited to try them out. This was at a time their social media presence was massive and they used to post videos of them opening up different products and trying them. The box arrived completely sealed so and when I opened it up the bag was open with a large amount of the crisps eaten. My personal opinion is that the crisps they sent me were opened/used in their promo video and they sent me the exact packet knowing it was open and they thought that was acceptable.

I never received my order, waited over a month. I found the registered address for the company on solo check. I rang the business that was in the unit and received a refund but only because I went digging! - (over a year ago now) hope others get a refund!

Hi all, I have just reported this company to the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau with a view to having this company investigated for theft. Will write here again with an update, if any.

I was scammed well over a year ago now i made an order over €60, it’s disgusting what they are doing and i came on here to see if they were still doing it. Breaking the law and taking decent peoples money. Cant wait till their day comes and they get done. Suprised it hasn’t happened already

I placed an order 2 years ago still waiting haha my god scam

I placed an order all the way back on April 27th and I still haven't received an email or phone call from this place.The reason I ordered from here is because I have gotten a mystery box from them last year and was really happy with it but it seems like they have just ran away with my money this time, I emailed them a few months back with no reply and now after trying to email again it says the email doesn't exist, also on their store it says I have no order history.My order no. Is 54609, I want a refund asap or my order otherwise actions will be taken against this company.Id advise nobody to order from this joke of a company. Nearly a year for my order when they're located 2 hours away is ridiculous!!!!

Bought a mystery box for a birthday and it never showed. Money wasted! Even tried to get a refund from my bank and they lied and said that I received the mystery box so I got no refund at all! Literally is a scam!

I'd give 0 if I could. I ordered two boxes for Christmas presents which were never sent. Whatever about not arriving for Christmas, they still haven't arrived over 9mths later. When I contacted them initially about my paid order they apologised and advised it would be sent ASAP, still waiting with no further replies and now their email no longer accepts my emails. Don't order from them. I had a good experience with a couple of different orders before this happened but its been terrible service now.

Please don't buy anything here. You won't receive anything. The website should be shut down

I'd give a 0 if there was an option to. What an awful business. They are scamming customers. Ordered 2 sweet packages amounting to €60 for my kids at Christmas and they never arrived. I sent an email and was told they would send straight away and have yet to receive these.

Scammers, I have not received my package nor any updates and it has been weeks. They are not responding to any form of contact, I have tried Instagram, Facebook & email, nothing. I have looked into their other customers in comments on numerous social media platforms and I have seen many people complaining of this which further has proved to me that they are scammers. It’s disgraceful, I don’t understand how they are not in jail. This is fraud.

Please report this company to shopify as fraudulent, can’t put link but go to shopify website and you can find it, if we all do something their site will be taken down and they won’t scam anybody else

Please do not order from this company. I'm not sure how it is still operating - Shopify site, showing full stock of items, taking money then nothing.
Still no response to numerous emails asking for updates and refunds.
Be warned! I've contact CPCC, Shopify and Carlow Garda to follow up.

Pure rubbish is all I can say placed an order on the 27th of May almost 2 months later and nothing sent emails and messages on Facebook and was just ignored avoid this company at all cost spent 40 euro for a few sweets and got nothing
