Put in an order for Prime in July 2023 and paid for same. They obviously didn't have it in stock. Requested a refund in September but they refused to refund. Finally delivered in April 2024. Sham of a service!

Unfortunately like many other people I foolishly purchased something on this website but received no confirmation email confirming order.

Additionally after purchasing from this website my bank account was scammed of money. I had only shopped at this website and an official retail store. Which leads me to believe that not only does this website rob people by not sending out the item, they also are scamming peoples cards.

I've reported them to the ombudsman and will continue sending daily emails till I receive a refund.

I find it quite funny that people seem to b giving them good reviews, obviously they’re connected to the company itself. I had ordered from them last august an had the same problem, money taken an no contact whatsoever from them by email ! I was told the order was cancelled and would be given a refund/gift voucher for my troubles ! Only I kept emailing them everyday until the order arrived 4 months later in December !! Box was very damaged and what I had paid for it was not even close to the value inside !! Tried contacting TikTok on several occasions to get their page removed but no luck !!

Just received my order. The children are delighted with their goodies. Thank you very much. Will definitely order again.

How can these guys still be posting TikTok videos after Christmas. They literally scammed loads of people who ordered Christmas mystery boxes for their kids. Disgraceful behaviour from a so called legitimate business. I also seen they’re still sending people spam emails every week trying to steal your money. I’ll be reporting these guys to the CCPC. People who haven’t got their order or a refund should do the same.

Avoid! Ordered at Christmas, never recieved order. Contacted them multiple times before eventually responding to email, still never received order. Logged dispute with revolut, received refund but dispute only closed now. Never again order from this company.

Ordered well before Christmas, did not receive boxes at all (gifts for kids). It took 3 or 4 emails between January and end of March to get the order cancelled, and had to send screenshots of a Pay with Revolut dispute on the charge to spur them into it. Now awaiting refund. Hoping it doesn't take another 2 months for this. Will never use this company again. Terrible customer service.

Very unsatisfied with this company. I ordered from them and order was never sent. I emailed to get update. With no response. I emailed a number of times for update . Waiting over a month still Notting. I find their lack of response dismissal. With correspondent lacking, no explanation no apology no refund no Notting.
Bad way to run a business! Do not buy from these as you'll never get you goods and you paid for.

If I could mark it -5 stars I would, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! They'll reply one saying your order is ready for dispatch then radio silence, don't waste your time or money

Placed an order and paid for it on the 8th December with cost me €65. It is now 3 months later and have received nothing. They won’t answer emails. Really disappointed as I ordered last year for Xmas and had no issues what so ever.
Really bad form. AVOID this company!! Robbers.

The Gardai need to intervene here. It appears they took orders before Christmas, never delivered and kept the money. Outright stole €40 off me as they never delivered any product and will not communicate.

Ordered and arrived two days later, the selection in the birthday box is great, can't wait for my son to open it on his birthday at the weekend 🙂

Ordered and paid 5th December nothing it's a scam

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Absolutely shocking company to deal with. I placed an order in early December to arrive well and truly before Christmas as they were gifts. They advertise 2-5 day delivery. I got the email confirming my order and that I'd be notified when it was dispatched. 5days later no dispatch. I figured christmas is busy so I'll give it a few more days. After 10days I emailed for an update and got no response. I explained they were christmas gifts so needed before Christmas. By the 23rd I still had no reply so I emailed again saying that I'd need them by the 24th at the latest or I'd be looking for a refund and lodging a complaint with the cpcc. I got a reply saying it would be with me by the 29th! I was annoyed but fine. Evening of the 29th and no sign of it so I just requested a full refund and that the order be cancelled. Got a reply saying the order was cancelled but no refund yet. They cancelled the day it was supposed to be here so clearly hadn't been shipped yet. I contacted them 3 times over the next few weeks to get a status update on my refund with zero response. In the end I had to start the charge back process via revolut to get my refund which I eventually got. Customer service is a disgrace and the fraudulent advertising is ridiculous. I don't leave hateful or negative reviews of anywhere because a lot of times it comes down to personal opinion but this company has taken crazy amounts of money from people and is taking no responsibility at all. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid, twice now I've ordered birthday boxes that never arrived. Emailed dozens of times and no reply from them or refund. Stay clear of these

I ordered one item on the 10th of December and still have not received my order it’s now the 17th of February, I have emailed them multiple times and I got a response the 21st of January saying all deliveries were to be dispatched within the week yet it’s the 17th of Feb and still no delivery. Avoid this company they can post on TikTok but can’t post their products.
