Motorpoint - Derby Omdömen 

I bought a t-roc 24 plate from derby motorpoint and found out i had no service book. I contacted the sales department and said i would have to use Erwell, a vw online app. I couldn't access the site as I needed a login . I tried to ring the the sales person ,but was unavailable. Apparently he tried to ring me back but the apparently the phones aren't very good over there. He emailed to ask what the issue was and I replied what it was but he never got back to me even after two more emails to do so. I drove to motorpoint at derby and was fobbed off again saying I must go to a vw dealership to get the login. They couldn't have been more unhelpful if they tried. If this was available car at Castle Donington they would have gone out of there way to help me.

Purchased the car I wanted at a good price,everything was done as I requested ,only thing that needs improving is the ability to sign agreement papers on mobile phone as could not do it as would not allow it but that is not Motorpoint issue

Everything looked and sounded great when deciding on ordering a Lexus UX except it was not at my local ( Chingford ) so paid to have it delivered there... they missed the date which caused me major problems ... I had to cancel !no updates to say it wouldn't be there on time... just the opposite and on one occasion we went to Chingford to look at a model and they had no idea where it was or the keys ! oh and it was no ones job to find... all in all ... USELESS !!

Friendly efficient staff made the experience for me.

We had to go back the next day to collect the vehicle as it was not taxed. (It was a Sunday)

Motorpoint staff made the whole process of part exchange as stress free as it can be.
They were partcularly patient with my customer error on the bank lump sum payment!

This is my third car purchase with Motorpoint and I would happily recommend them to others.

When I first contacted Motorpoint by phone and told them what I was looking for, I felt very rushed. I felt I was pushed into buying a car I had never seen. As it happened when I went to look at it I loved it and the guys at Motorpoint Derby were very nice. My biggest regret, however is that I didn’t look at other cars. While a really nice car it only has one key and I was unaware of how expensive Smart keys are. Because of the nature of the key, I feel extremely vulnerable with only one key. later learnt that the price they paid for the car would be reduced because of this but do not think that was reflected in the price I paid for it.

When I went to collect my car again fabulous customer service from Kyla Explained everything about the car again for me. Even topped my fuel up and brought ice cream (for everyone in that day)

The whole experience of buying a near brand new car was not only exciting from the start, but was made all the more pleasurable by the helpful and friendly sales people at Motorpoint. It really was such an easy and quick process all round. I really can’t recommend them highly enough. The quality of both the car and the service was exceptional!

Alex was great at helping me choose a new car given certain aspects that I wanted (bigger, boot space, automatic and something a little different in colourway). He took to the time to guide me through different vehicles and made the process of part exchange seamless.
