They were great on our first visit located the car we wanted and let us go home to consider it. Upon arriving next day to collect our new car it was a different salesman who knew nothing about our previous visit and what we had discussed and we ended up taking less for our part exchange and didn’t get any of the optional extras we had agreed to the previous day. Also our new car had not been cleaned or charged and so we had to wait for the salesman to charge it and clean it before we could take it home which meant hanging around for nearly 2 hours. After collection we noticed that the mileage they had advertised was totally wrong and it actually had an extra 1400 miles on the clock. I have tried to contact them and there customer service but have never been able to get through

My visit was a first time but everything was on point.

I was travelling from Sheffield to view a car which I'd seen online. I spoke on the phone to a young man called Ash and found he was most helpful as nothing was too much trouble. I ask if he would assess the car for me and give his honest opinion. I said I would purchase the car on that day. I wasn't disappointed it was just as he said it was. So grateful to him for his professional friendly manner. I shall recommend Derby Store to others I know. Overall a first class service thank you.

The car has suffered many issues since bought including items which should have been checked prior to sale - New clutch installed and engine oil not topped up

There was a dedicated staff member assigned to us (Taylor) who remained eith us throughout test drive and purchase answered all my questions in full and stayed proffesional although polite and pleasant

I’ve used other selling platforms preciously, then came across Motorpoint, very easy to input my car details, I was honest about the light damage on the car (scratches and scuffed alloys) these were taken into account when the price was proposed to me. I was happy with the price, so arranged a day and time(lots of time slots available) to take my car in. Motorpoint viewed my car and gave me the proposed price. Incredibly easy process and very pleased with the price, would definitely recommend and use again.

I went to the Derby store to look at a replacement car and with help from Connor , who was very helpful i found a car i liked , he offered me a very reasonable price for my car , and the following day we exchanged cars , very easy to deal with and its my second car from them , highly recommend
