Of all the brokers and traders with whom I got in touch about the van, Mark was the only one who immediately made an appointment to view it in person - which was very important to me. He came, he viewed, he agreed, he listed it, it sold - within a week of being posted! His communications were excellent, his manner reassuring and friendly, and his professionalism could not be faulted. And he got me the price I wanted! No hesitation in recommending Mark very highly indeed.

Dealing with Mike Smith at the West Leicester branch was a 100% positive experience - he was responsive, efficient and genuine. He has great understanding and experience and could show us the features of the van we were buying as if it was his own.

The process of buying through a broker felt very secure at all times and makes a lot of sense for all parties.

The only slight negative was the company offering the 31 day free insurance offered as part of the deal - they admitted they were less flexible than many other companies as they only had access to one underwriter who were unwilling to allow the storage solution we were planning ( a secure location at my workplace) and their quote for an annual policy was ridiculous. Odd for a company presumably offering a free policy as an incentive.

Mark the broker was extremely efficient, and made the whole process very trustworthy, easy and would certainly use him again. We are very excited to start our travels, after such a smooth transition. Thank you

We recently purchased our first Campervan through Kevin at Motorhome depot, Harrogate. The whole experience from start to finish from arranging viewings to a test drive to the actual collection and completing of paperwork was straightforward and stress free. Kevin wasn’t a pushy salesperson and gave us the time we needed to make our decision and even came to collect us on the day of the purchase.
Overall a very good service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

He was very friendly and professional, introducing me to the vendor and guiding me through the purchase, answering any questions we had, nothing was too much trouble. All this as well as being a really nice guy. His knowledge of motorhomes is second to none and he kept us very well informed throughout. Michael is a real credit to Motorhome Depot, I can thoroughly recommend him . After meeting my local sales person Gary Fear and showing him around my motorhome I instantly felt very comfortable with Gary's approach and honesty with the possible sale of my motorhome, he gave an honest valuation and the percentage commission etc right from the start.
