We have just purchased our motorhome from Motorhome Depot and would like say what a really easy and pleasant transaction that was. Made possible by their broker Michael Register. He was very friendly and professional, introducing me to the vendor and guiding me through the purchase, answering any questions we had, nothing was too much trouble. All this as well as being a really nice guy. His knowledge of motorhomes is second to none and he kept us very well informed throughout. Michael is a real credit to Motorhome Depot, I can thoroughly recommend him . He worked really hard to help us find the perfect motorhome and when the time comes to upgrade, (hopefully a few years away yet), we would not hesitate to use him again.

After meeting my local sales person Gary Fear and showing him around my motorhome I instantly felt very comfortable with Gary's approach and honesty with the possible sale of my motorhome, he gave an honest valuation and the percentage commission etc right from the start. After agreeing a price the rest was up to Gary, he communicated throughout the whole process which was very reassuring.
Upon the sale of my vehicle I received the agreed payment on the same day.
Without hesitation I would recommend and use Gary should I ever require to purchase a motorhome in the future.

Michael Register was our broker when we sold our Burstner recently. From commissioning him to agreeing a sale was about a week. He was absolutely delightful to work with - very helpful all the way through the process and made sure everything ran smoothly. If I find myself in a position to sell again- I’d definitely choose to work with him again.

Having decided to sell our motorhome we had no enthusiasm for trying to sell it ourselves and researched commission sale agreements with local motorhome dealers. In all cases there would have been a period when we would not have our camper or our money, from previous experience I knew that was very stressful.

Despite my first inquiry to Motorhome Depot HQ not not being passed to our broker, from the moment Luke from Swansea made contact the whole process of selling our motorhome became very smooth.

Luke was pleasant, professional, patient, knowledgeable and informative throughout the transaction. He took time to carefully assess our motorhome, and carefully explained the process and the contract. He did all the onerous work - taking photos and a video and placing adverts on all the motorhome sales platforms and dealing with enquiries

When, after just five weeks , he received a serious enquiry, Luke was very helpful to the potential buyer and took care of the viewing. A sale was agreed on the spot and when our buyer had a problem with his bank refusing to pay the purchase price to intermediary who would transfer our share to us he was calm, helpful and found a solution whereby our money arrived in my bank while Luke and the buyer were concluding the other formalities.

Our motorhome was sold for nigh on it’s full forecourt value and the amount we received was a great deal more than we could ever have achieved had we tried to sell it ourselves, and without all the work and stress.

We are very grateful to Luke and I have no hesitation recommending Motorhome Depot to anyone selling their motorhome.

We came across Motorhome Depot by chance when looking to purchase our 1st MH & decided this felt a safer option than buying privately.
Having found a couple we were interested in at their Derby branch we went to view. Joe was extremely patient & helpful as we had many questions & took our time to view. When we went to collect our MH 2 weeks later, the van was spotless & minor issues we pointed out had been rectified as promised.
When we got home we discovered the MH auto watch alarm wasn’t functioning as it should & contacted Joe. We then dealt with both the owners Liz & Paul who booked us in to Mobile Solutions UK, to have the fault resolved.
A great experience from start to finish. Excellent communication & customer service from Joe, Liz & Paul. Definitely recommend & would use again.

Martin is so friendly, professional, and extremely knowable regarding the Motorhome market.
His capability to liaise between the seller and buyer is exemplary. He has a great ability to build trust and not abuse that trust throughout the whole process. Having Travelled the breadth of Ireland looking for the right Motorhome for us we came upon Motorhome Depot NI. Tracy & Neil were expert in their knowledge, we explained our budget and they were honest about our expectations. Buying a motorhome is not the easiest thing to do because there are a lot of scams out there. Going through Neil and Tracy gave us peace of mind I couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you are selling or buying. I know we’ll be back to them when we are looking at the next upgrade
