Motorhome Depot was a pleasure to deal with. Tracy was my main point of contact and answered all my queries about the Hymmer camper. Our meeting to view and test drive the camper was a pleasure and then payments and the collection all was very straightforward. Tracy was very informative about the workings of the van and went through all its workings and showed me every detail. I would happily recomend Motorhome Depot for your next van purchase

I made an enquiry through Kevin at the Harrogate Branch. He was most helpful and very patient. I made and carried out an extensive examination of the vehicle of interest. It was well presented and all systems were shown to be functioning. An extended test drive was given to enable a thorough consideration of the vehicle. Although I did not proceed with the purchase, Kevin was most helpful providing documentation and answering all questions put in a courteous and friendly manner with no sales pressure.

My experience with motorhome was exceptional from start to finish the lady i was dealing with was Tracy Hall from first call to last call and pick up from Belfast train station nothing was a problem she made buying this camper van so easy I would not hesitate to use this company again especially Tracy thank you Dan Co Cork 👍

This is the second time I have purchased a Motorhome through Motorhome Depot over the years, and both times they have been 100%.
I found Mark to be very helpful answering all my questions to my satisfaction, and going into full detail way beyond what I would have expected.
There has been a number of questions that I needed answers for since taking the vehicle over and Mark has been on the ball, getting back to me in a timely fashion.
I wouldn’t hesitate on recommending Mark and Motorhome Depot.

Buying a Motor home with motorhome depot’s Paul and Janet was a dream from start to finish, I got what I wanted in the end after months of looking great people respectfully understanding and a great demo team had everything working and ready to show me on my arrival of first viewing even went out there to pick me up from the town they live in, too drive me over on handover day 2 days after I’d viewed the vehicle AAA+++++

Liegh Bryant from south Gloucestershire was awful from the start. He wanted 20% commission and £5k to sell my motorhome. He promised to sell in 3 visits and only provided 2 potential buyers in 6 months. then when i told him I sold it myself as he had failed to do so, he demanded a fee of £2.5k. What an absolute joke. Dreadful way to work with clients.

Emma and Jamie were brilliant helping us sell our campervan. They took control of the whole process for us in finding a buyer through to the final sale. Very knowledgeable, great communication and very smooth sales process.

We travelled from Cornwall to Swansea to view a motorhome. We dealt with a broker named Matthew Burgin. Firstly it was advertised as being in Cardif which was incorrect. However, after speaking to Matthew who was very positive about the vehicle being "one of the best examples he had seen".. we decided to travel the extra distance (which is substantial). Before travelling I asked regarding damp issues, condition etc and again was assured that the vehicle was in excellent condition. When we arrived, I performed a damp test with my metre and was shocked to find readings of over 70% in the corners and around all the windows. The walls were so spongy I could of poked my fingers through!! It was an absolute waste of time and money travelling all that way. I felt we had been mislead. When questioned, Matthew tried to deny all knowledge. Very annoyed.. I wouldn't go through this brokerage again.
