Great, while in warranty
The hinges on my first clip-ons broke and were replaced within the 1 year warranty, no issue. The new clip-ons were fine for 1-2 years with no issue, until one day I left them on the dashboard of our car and came back to both lenses exploded. There were very clear outward cracks (ie clearly not from being stepped on, but from either the lenses expanding or the frame contracting). Unfortunately the warranty only lasts for 1 year, although this was clearly a quality issue. Moscot will let you send them in to be repaired for about half the cost, but that's the same treatment you'd get if you had stepped on them. Renewing my prescription now and will likely go somewhere else since I'm on my second pair of clip-ons in 3 years. Most high end glasses companies offer at least 2 year warranties.
Im nervous with all the bad reviews
with so many bad reviews Im wondering if I should return mine. I bought 2 pairs of the Alex glasses and I had the local eye Doctor order me Ziess Lenes ..cause I asked moscot they make their own lenses and I didnt trust that .I saw there glasses are made in china and that made me nervous and a friend of mine said they are good quality not great .but I really like the style ,but now I wish I didnt get them ,I dont want mine to break in the center, glasses should last more than one year .I have never had glasses break on me ever, sounds like they are really bad quality
Almost a month to get a refund
I placed an order receive the glasses and found them to be very flimsy, so I returned them. They say it takes up to 10 business days to process a refund. Turns out that says to process it before it even enters the refund to your credit card provider. I took another 10 business days. It should not take 3 to 4 weeks to get a refund. They are incredibly rude and defensive, customer service wise, when reaching out to them as well.
Edit post response: the defensiveness is clear. The customer blame is very clear. All by their terrible response. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever!! Don’t buy there as they promote that “return is on them” however if you order from outside US you need to cover the costs and manage the whole return process. The glasses have strange sizes and the “regular” one is very narrow so I need to return it and I have already ordered a new pair with the bigger size. I have even opened a customer service ticket to ask if I can change the size and they told me to return the order and order again. Then it was not possible to print the return label so I opened another ticket where they told me that MOSCOT is not paying for international returns as I am sending it back from Germany?! The worst customer service ever! The sunglasses are over 300€ but they don’t care about the customer. I would never buy there again. Better go to your local optician and check the size of your desired sunglasses first so you don’t need to have the struggle to return it

Da molti anni indosso solo montature Moscot che di solito acquisto nel negozio di New York sulla 14a quando sono in vacanza.
Servizio eccellente.
Lo stesso non posso dire del negozio di Via Mercato a Milano.
L’addetto alla vendita mi ha dato la giusta informazione ma non ha fatto nulla per interagire con me e mostrarmi dei nuovi modelli,al di là del fatto che,avendo lenti progressive,avrei dovuto cambiare anche le lenti stesse oltre che alla nuova montatura.
L’addetto è rimasto sempre fermo all’Interno dello spazio interno benché gli abbia detto che avevo visto dei nuovi modelli ed ero interessato al cambio dei miei attuali Moscot.
Zero empatia,zero servizio al cliente.
Piuttosto li acquisto on line e mi faccio rifare le lenti dal mio ottico di fiducia.
Pessimo.

Arguably the worst customer service…
Arguably the worst customer service I've had from any glasses provider. They sent me incorrect lenses for my frames and when I requested to have them fixed I had to pay the full fee for the lense replacement.
Edit: in response to their comment below, I sent an email to customer service on Saturday... Still waiting for a reply
Edit 2: Sent a follow up email to Krista and it's been over a week since I've heard anything. I would attach screenshots to prove my purchases and emails but trustpilot doesn't do that. If I could give zero stars I would.
Don't bother ordering online if you want access to UK customer service because the online orders come from the US and you'll be told that 'we have nothing to do with them'.

Great customer service at London shops
Went to their London shops at Covent Garden and near Carnaby Street, very pleasant experience. Friendly and patient staffs helped me to find the right colour and size, and adjusted the temples to a very good fit. Will definitely visit the shops again!
Moscot Event Sudbury Suffolk
Friday 3rd March 2023 attended the Moscot Event at Wardale Williams Opticians Sudbury Suffolk. Tim from Moscot showed me many pairs of Moscot frames both traditional and new styles. Great advice on styles of frames. Certainly a great way of seeing the full range of Moscot. So many more choices at the event than you normally see on the Opticians shelves. Thoroughly enjoyed the Moscot Event and satisfied with my purchases. Well done Tim Thank you.

Top in store experience
Great selection of frames not found anywhere else on the high street.
Top in store service at Covent Garden working through all the permutations until we found the best frame to fit.
They said a week for collection but ready in 3 days.
Some minor adjustments done in store, by the friendly and helpful team.

Full of fake promises, add should read hold your breath until glasses arrive
I placed my order on the 12th of feb 2023, and sill nothing . But I do get is plenty of excuses and miss information only when I call if not noone calls . Moscot was quick to take my 1k plus but never calls the customer with update. It looks like I will be canceling. Not sure why this company is still around .if only there was a zero star.

Ho scritto una mail il 19 gennaio 23, per sapere se era possibile sostituire la cerniera, vengo contattato il 25 gennaio telefonicamente, dove mi viene comunicato che la cerniera è stata ordinata e non appena sarebbe arrivata nello store di Milano, mi avrebbero contattato per la riparazione ( che mi sarebbe stata sostituita in garanzia).
A tutt'oggi ancora sto aspettando la chiamata, nonostante abbia mandato una mail il 7 febbraio per sapere a che punto fosse l'ordine, ma anche qui ancora aspetto una risposta....

Esperienza vera.
Dopo aver indossato vari occhiali “standard” per anni, nel 2013 acquistai il mio primo Lemtosh nero, con clip nera e a seguire dorata. a distanza di poco tempo un Miltzen, con clip dorata, poi uno Zolman ed infine un Punim. Proprio di Punim vorrei parlare: occhiale di una bassezza infinita, una qualità veramente scadente, usato pochissimo, perché in poco tempo l’occhiale si è spelato. Essendo cliente molto fedele il concessionario riesce a farmi avere un Punim nuovo in garanzia, ma in breve tempo (circa 2 mesi) l’occhiale si ripresenta spelato, inguardabile: parliamo di una montatura da quasi 400 euro. Era il 2020. Decido di archiviare il Punim e tornare ad utilizzare fino a poco tempo fa il modello Zolman. Altra nota negativa: tutti i modelli in acetato in poco tempo si rovinano presentando una patina opaca. Per fortuna nel tempo sono riuscito a farli rilucidare, anche se l’effetto dura veramente poco. Di recente ho avuto la fortuna di approcciare al mondo manifatturiero made in Japan. Prezzi leggermente più alti per una qualità molto superiore: oggetti in titanio lavorati a mano. Moscot ha fatto un ottimo lavoro di marketing e di immagine, illudendo il fruitore di indossare capolavori di alto livello ma…non c’è qualità.

Carattere di un brand e classe del personale
L'acquisto di un occhiale, in genere non si caratterizza per elementi significativi, quello di un MOSCOT è una vera esperienza, in primis il locale con i suoi connotati crea un'ambiente originale, dove i tanti elementi si accordano producendo un'atmosfera di carattere. A questo si aggiunge l'accoglienza del personale, davvero a livelli di eccellenza, cortesia, stile, un'approccio da consulenti (e non venditori) che guidano tra le varie soluzioni. Un'acquisto che, oltre l'occhiale, ti dota della sensazione di aver trovato degli "amici".

P.S. Nabila sei stata davvero immensa, sono un cliente difficile, ma hai saputo gestire le mie richieste senza mai perdere il sorriso.

My order hasn't even arrived yet, but their service has already failed me.
Listen to the reviews you read here... I should have. Customer service and the general service is truly shocking.
- You pay a premium with Moscot, however that is in no way reciprocated with a premium service.
- My emails went unanswered until I contacted them directly through their chat. I had to get in touch to tell them of their error and for them to realise that my order had not been processed yet.
- "We will try our best to fulfil your order in time" is not what you want to hear for a near $500 pair of glasses.
- Being lied to about you near $500 glasses is not what you want either. The service agent told me that my order was being processed to cover their tracks, when I questioned them they admitted that it had not been processed.
I'm sure this isn't what the generations before them would have wanted for their business, but unfortunately it is. Stay away folks.

return is a nightmare
Nothing bad to say about sunglasses, but the whole experience of returning or exchanging is a nightmare. I regretted so much that I didn’t order from some local shop rather than directly from moscot.
Tbh I don’t mind to pay for the return , but the fact that I need to run around to figure out which company to use, write the declaration etc etc etc it is just so much pain. You guys need to come with better return policies because this seems like a nightmare.
Wouldn’t order again

Salve,Sono Sergey, stavo studiando il vostro sito per tanto temo, mi piacciono molto il vostro stile e la qualità. Per fortuna, l'altroieri è stato aperto il vostro negozio a Roma. Ci siamo andati e abbiamo scoperto la varietà enorme, il marketing ottimo e la commessa molto brava e gentile. Abbiamo comprato 3 occhiali, e ho ordinato un 2 paio sul sito. Ma oggi ho scoperto che gli occhiali da sole scricchiolano tanto con ogni movimento. Sono molto deluso, non credo che gli occhiali che costano così tanto possano scricchiolare, penso di tornare nel negozio per restituirlo.

I ordered my clip on 11/21/22 and received them 11/25/22 they fit perfectly, extremally happy. Don't click on the app "Shop" to track, does not work, The day it ships MOSCOT will send you the ups number, to track you will receive the same day, but you can track, I wish they offered a 55mm I need one thank you MOSCOT

I love my moscots
I love my moscots! The look is obviously super cool but the quality is also great. The retail store in NY is really nice and the people there were friendly and helpful when I spent maybe 2 hours making up my mind about which ones to choose. Highly recommend.
