Painless and professional

Zayad was very professional. On arrival he surveyed the existing installation and the thick stone walls of the house before deciding how to proceed. Once he started he removed the old meter and set about tidying up what had been a pretty messy board. He worked quickly and incredibly neatly to transform the electrical cupboard, before moving on to the gas meter outside. Once finished, he performed safety checks on both systems.

I am very pleased with the work done. Zayad is a very personable guy who has a strong work ethic. Thank you.

Suspicious, unwanted trespassing for no reason.

Man arrived at my door today whilst I was out who firstly went creeping around the side of my house, into my back garden by opening the back gate, and then back around to the front door. Once he spotted my CCTV he then tried to present an ID badge and then left my driveway within 10 seconds. If he had not of seen my CCTV god knows what he would have done. My energy supplier have no record or knowledge of this company and there was no reason for him to be at my home. Extremely suspicious and trespassing on my property without invitation or authorisation.

They cut through our CCTV cable

They cut through our CCTV cable. Cables are loose and hanging everywhere. And called the guy that installed it he said it would cost me £55 to re do it as that’s all he gets to do it or move it myself, They will be getting a bill from us as well as a reinstall as it looks like a kid has installed it

Good Friendly Service

Sean installed our Smart Meter today. He explained what he needed to do and clearly went thro the useful features on the in-home display....in a very pleasant manner!

Good experience

Received a message in the morning of what time the engineer would be there, he was there within 10 minutes of the stated time. Nice pleasant guy, got the job done and explained how the meter works to me after.

After telling this organisation…

After telling this organisation multiple times to stop coming to my property after they caused significant damage, today they broke in.

My meter readings are submitted to the energy provider - who admitted to losing them so I photographed the meter readings. That matter is with the Energy Ombudsman.

Today, after looking at my security cameras, I find Morrisons Data Service on my private property and forcing entry. I was at home and they failed to knock the door and ask to gain access. They had no reason to be on my private property due to the energy provider already created a bill. Meter readings were required in 3 months time.

Complaint made again and included the energy provider, the energy ombudsman and will be reporting the matter to the police. Invoice will be submitted for the damage.

Sly Door Knockers

Who do they think they are! They just turn up expecting to enter our property and read the gas meter, no appointment or advance notice, no card left in door when no answer. Sly that's what they are damn sly. Pull up in a car, knock on our door, the only door amongst many doors.

I’m a woman that lives in her own and…

I’m a woman that lives in her own and someone comes to not the front door but the back door and just says he’s here to read my meter. He has his foot in the door before I realise he hasn’t said who he is or where he’s from and I already submit meter reads to my current energy supplier. I moved in less that 3 months ago. Turns out he has the wrong energy supplier for the property and the wrong name for the person living there so I turned him away but really intimidated me. Not on at all!

Morrisons Communications are terrible

This company is terrible ! Don’t touch them with a barge pole .
BT was our chosen company but they out source to Morrisons who completed the whole installation . This installation was done in May 2023 . They made a terrible job of the plasterwork inside and blew the face off the bricks outside when drilling .
I have been trying to get the repair work done by them to no avail . Andrew Tyler came and agreed the job was awful and that remedial work was necessary. We are still waiting for them to rectify all the repair work needed . Barnaby Strouli is now the man dealing with this area but he doesn’t answer phone calls and nor does Andrew Tyler . I am disgusted that we have been treated like this . MORRISONS YOU ARE A LOAD OF COWBOYS who should never be allowed to deal with the public .

Aggressive rude driver parked in middle…

Aggressive rude driver parked in middle of lane so no traffic could move for 50 minutes. He also parked right outside our entrance gate so we could not enter or leave our property. When he returned to his van he was so aggressive he scared me.

Passive aggressive card left for my 94…

Passive aggressive card left for my 94 year old mother stating she needs to read her meter within 48 hours (or what?!) - the reason she has arranged for someone to come to read the meter is that she can’t reach it - so next time give her some warning and DO NOT leave this aggressive note

An absolute disgrace of a company.

An absolute disgrace of a company.
Destroyed my front garden.
Left tools behind.
Left a massive hole and a complete mess.
Damaged bushes.
Threw mud, clay and roots all over.
Destruction of property without a care.
Their complaints procedure is designed to grind you down over long periods and make you just give up.
Corporate Gaslighting.

Disturbing early morning visit

At 8.15 this morning a man turned up without any prior warning and expected to gain entry to read my meters. He seemed to think wearing i.d. with a photo sufficient. We are a vulnerable household so I refused.Now he says an appointment will be made. On checking this company does actually exist it seems. Why dont they contact customers first!!!!

Very shady man.

Very shady man drove up my driveway and possibly hit my car as he turned around, it was very close at least from what I saw from the window and proceeded to knock at my door without stopping. He had no ID, and was expecting me to let him in to look at my meter based solely on his car having branding and his jacket which only had Morrisons Data Services and British Gas on it. I'm not even with an energy supplier who employ Morrisons. He couldn't tell me who had sent him or anything.

I told him not to come back without ID or information on who sent him and shut the door.

Be very careful with these guys very dodgy.

DON'T COME WITHOUT NOTICE

I suggest you don't visit anyone without prior letter or phone call.NOBODY IN RIGHT MIND WILL LET YOU IN.PERIOD. Especially if you don't seem to have any information on occupant. No information on company that send you here. I SIMPLY WON'T OPEN THE DOOR TO YOU. Ridiculous company.

Utterly useless

I have previously come home and found a couple of guys from this company eating sandwich’s in my garden. They said the view was so good they thought they’d have lunch here after reading the meter!
I now have gates and they’ve emailed me to say they need to see the meter. They won’t make a specific appointment (I asked) but they have given me a slot when they will visit. Not a one or two hour slot like most companies, it’s a three week slot. Yes they think I should wait in for them for three weeks!!!
Utterly useless company..

DISGRACEFUL Morrisons data services

DISGRACEFUL, thay came to "read" smart meter! OVO didnt request it, Morrisons say they did, but refused to provide proof under the Freedom of Information Act, such liars, they not getting back into property for 2 years which is the legal requirement!!!!
