Scam. Nothing is available and fees on everything possible even though they said there were no fees.
Enjoying my first vacation with Monster. The Resort is very nice but they charged me more for Taxes than Monster said they would. I contacted Garrey S. at Monster vacation. He cheerfully listened and investigated very quickly. Within a couple of minutes he refunded the money that was above Monster's stated charges. He was very helpful and understanding. It was the assurance I needed to know that I made a good decision in choosing Monster Vacations. Thank Garrey and Thank You Monster Vacations. Joe B.

Our hotel room was canceled, not sure why but called and spoke to customer service (Mikaylee Mengon) and she was wonderful. She got our information and she sent the appropriate emails where they were supposed to go and gave me a way to call her back if we didn’t hear from the company. Unfortunately I gave a 3 star because we didn’t hear back yet but I really appreciate Mikaylee’s help. I would probably give her performance a 5 star rating.

It took approximately 30 minutes until I was able to get ahold of an actual person. The person who helped me though, Alyssa S. was very informative and answered all of my questions. A+ on *Her customer service.
If you want to throw money away, Monster Vacations. I can't believe I fell for this mess. I paid about $1600.00 for 12 different vacations. I was told I can combine the vacations, now I am ready to book my travels and learn I can't combine them. Then to put a cherry on top of this scam, I talked to the representative and he told me about a resort in AZ. I was ready to book until he said I had to pay over $450.00 in cleaning fees at the minimum for each week. I got off the phone and contacted the resort directly and they said the cleaning fee was $111.00...uhhhmmm. So, I am going to eat the original cost I paid for this package, because they are shady. Customer service has no clue what they are doing, by putting you constantly on hold and telling you one thing and then changing the answer.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Robert at Monster Reservations Group for the exceptional customer care and professionalism he showed me today.
At first glance, the vacation offer appeared to simply be $39 for 4 hotel nights. However, Robert patiently took the time to walk me through the entire process in detail — including the refundable $150 deposit, the $16.50 booking/service fee, hotel taxes upon arrival, and the scheduled 125-minute timeshare presentation requirement.
What stood out most was his honesty, transparency, and willingness to make sure I fully understood everything upfront. There were no surprises, no confusion, and absolutely no pressure during our conversation. In today’s world, that level of integrity and clear communication truly deserves recognition.
I’ll admit — I’m not usually one for sitting through timeshare presentations 😊 But spending a little time in a presentation in exchange for 4 nights at a beautiful hotel with my loved ones, while mainly covering hotel taxes and a few small fees, genuinely feels worthwhile to me. Because Robert clearly explained the expectations from the beginning, I now feel informed, comfortable, and excited about my upcoming trip with this company.
Thank you again, Robert, for your patience, professionalism, and sincere spirit of service! May God continue to bless the work of your hands as you help others with excellence, kindness, and integrity.
