If you could leave negitive stars I would these scam artist should be closed down. I purcahsed a 3 night stay from them in February. After at least a dozen attepmts to get dates that were available I found a weekend that was open about a month and a half away. I booked the dates online and recivied an email that it was confirmed through Booksi. I have had trips booked through them before so figured I was good to go.We drove 5 plus hours to the hotel and they had no reservation for me. After driving that far I had no choice but to book and pay for my trip.
After two days of both myself and the hotel trying to speak to someone at MRG they answered and tried to insist that on my reservation it stated I had to call in and reconfirm the reservation. After arguing that it does not say that anywhere on the confirmation and basically being called a liar I forwarded the email to them. They immediately said well when you bought the package it states it. She then proceeded to email me a link that I had never seen before where in IT ONLY SAYS ITS AS EASY AS GIVING US A CALL nowhere on that page does it say its required or even sugest its part of the standard protocol.
It has been two days of a vacation I am now way over paying for in a place I really didnt want to go. And they keep sending me emails to call in to customer service with diffrent numbers each time to the same line where I sit on hold for over twenty minutes sometimes close to an hour to get some smug person on the phone that states they can not or will not fix the problem. Every time I am offered a refund of my my money but never offered the vacation I paid for or reimbesment for the three nights I am paying for currently. I refuse to take a refund because if I do they then can say they addressed the problem. So I will call in to book another trip later which im sure they will not have anything available and I will never get the trip I paid for. PLEASE AT ALL COST AVOID THESE CROOKS.
I recommend that you call Cristhian Barahona of Monster Reservations Group to help book vacations and short stays. Cristhian Barahona listened carefully and was very patient, answering all of my questions. He went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I got the vacation I really wanted.

I don't know who is giving this company five stars, but they're lying. This company has ripped me several times by offering promotions that they could not complete. They tried to turn around and blame it on me when it is not my fault after they lied several times and took money that they couldn't fulfill a trip with. They even admitted at one time that they shouldn't have canceled one of my trip so they could have me to pay for another "reinstatement " They said I should have just rebooked. They didn't tell me that. They just find ways to get more and more money out of you. Beware! If you want to do a timeshare presentation for a deal, just do it directly through the company and cut out Monster reservations.
The ad for the $40 stay is a bit misleading because I wouldn’t call the holiday inn a resort but still very much worth the money. I spoke with Dwayne lahnert and I’m leaving this review because he made the whole process very pleasant and clear.

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would do so. This company NEVER stops harassing you with marketing calls. If you block a number, they use another number. There's ALWAYS a hidden fee--even if you book their "complete" package with "all fees covered." Yesterday, I tried to book a trip. I was on hold from 9:00 to 10 pm. I then got an agent. He told me that (even though I was booking more than 90 days in advance), I could not get a reservation in Atlanta for Labor Day weekend. If I wanted to have an 8-day reservation with a $750 "cleaning fee," then I could get a reservation. Yeah, right. I then moved on to another city. This Atlanta-to-another city took ANOTHER HOUR. I was then put with "reservations confirmation" which took a half hour while they tried to up-sell me on my insurance package! At the end, they couldn't book the reservation, because I had done a timeshare presentation at the same place in March 2023. I CAN'T MAKE THIS UP. The public should be alerted to their unethical business methods.
Marc Menovich was the person i spoke to over the phone. While the option i chose was not available, he did double and triple check for other options to accommodate my request.

I cannot wait until I complete my commitment with this company. I booked a US trip in Florida and was not told I had to pay an additional &256.00 for parking and resort fees out of pocket. I’ve experienced travel with other companies and once you pay the expected fees with the company, outside of a deposit fee for incidental fees, you pay absolutely nothing. Hollywood Beach Tower is a very old and run down hotel and Monster Vacation is horrible. They nickel and dime you for everything.
SWINDLERS!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! TIMESHARE HUSSLE!!!! They are very pushy, adamant, persistent, slick, tricky and crafty and all. And refuse to refund any initial fees.😫😡😤😖😡
Summer was helpful in setting up my first vacation to Galveston, TX at the Holiday Inn resort on the beach.

Today, I had the liberty to speak with Miss Alijah, who is a verifier of vacation packages with Monster Reservations Group.
Miss Alijah verified my trip. Laid out the do’s and don’t’s; collected my payment via Credit card and offered the White GLOVE PROTECTION PLAN n the event I cancel for any emergencies, sickness, airline changes, by accepting the White Glove Protection, I would not lose my vacation.
Mis Alijah was kind, respectful, professional with a little laughter; and attentive to my concerns.
Again, the Monster Reservations Group did what they do. They get you set up. I can only take the word of the representatives that all will be enjoyable once I arrive; and I will get what we discussed when the vacation was set up.
Miss Alijah had a great spirit. Thanks Miss Alijah, I look forward to an enjoyable and memorable my vacation n 2027.

If this survey was for Rosey who I talked with on the phone it would be a 5 star. The Monster company is my issue, the salesman who talked me into purchasing the Platinum package made all kinds of promises that we outright lies. It has been impossible to talk to a person who can get me the copy of the '' PHONE CALL FOR QUALITY PURPOSSES" or to get them to listen to the phone call. Buyer beware. The rules keep changing and it costs me more money to book a trip. The reservation people tell me it is nonrefundable. You can find cheaper resorts in the USA through online agencies rather than though the private inventory.
Wish I could get my money back. Many regrets with Monster.
We booked a vacation with this group and, unfortunately, have been very disappointed with the level of customer service. Our presentation was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and I called to request a morning time instead. I was told the change could not be made.
When I tried to resolve the issue, Monster told me the resort had to make the change, while the resort told me that Monster had to handle it since that is who we booked through. We were sent back and forth with no solution. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with a supervisor, that request was denied.
The company says they want guests to have “the best vacation ever,” but they were unable to accommodate or even properly address a simple scheduling request. Better communication and coordination between Monster and the resort should become a priority. Customers should not have to deal with confusion, poor communication, and lack of support over something that should be easy to resolve.
Hi, My name is Cheryl D. I had the privilege of speaking with Martin earlier today (Tuesday, May 26, 2026) to change my original vacation from NJ to the Dominican Republic.
Martin ensured I understood what I would be getting and gave some insight to the location I’ll be traveling since he had the pleasure of traveling to Punta Cana during a vacation he shared with family.
Martin helped me to feel at ease, and assured that my good friend and I would have a great time at seaweed-free beaches. Martin was professional at best, kind, pleasant voice, patient, attentive to my concerns, respectful, and elaborated on things I didn’t understand.
