Ich habe die Monport Mega S 70W auf monportlaser gekauft, weil die Produktbeschreibung hochwertige Verarbeitung, intelligente Präzision und Zuverlässigkeit verspricht. Stattdessen habe ich ein typisches chinesisches Billigprodukt erhalten, das eher wie ein Bausatz (Halbfertigprodukt) daherkommt.
Schon beim ersten Einsatz treten Probleme auf, die mich jedes Mal stundenlang mit Reparaturen und Justierungen beschäftigen. Statt zu gravieren oder zu schneiden, verbringe ich die meiste Zeit mit Fehlersuche, Ausrichten und Reparieren. Die Maschine ist alles andere als „plug and play“ oder fertig montiert.
Besonders ärgerlich: Auf der deutschen Shop-Seite und in der Werbung wird mit deutscher Qualität und Präzision geworben. Eine kurze Recherche zeigt jedoch schnell – es handelt sich um ein reines China-Produkt mit entsprechender Verarbeitungsqualität. Das fühlt sich nach klassischem Greenwashing an.
Für den hohen Preis erwarte ich eine funktionierende, zuverlässige Maschine und nicht ein Dauerbauprojekt. Leider enttäuscht die Monport Mega S hier auf ganzer Linie.
Wer eine ernsthafte Lasergravier- und Schneidemaschine sucht, sollte lieber woanders schauen. Ich kann diese Maschine nicht empfehlen.

Après réception de ma machine (laser CO₂ Reno 65W), j’ai rencontré un problème dès la mise en route : le tube laser ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré plusieurs tests et vérifications, aucun tir n’était possible.

J’ai contacté le support technique, et je tiens à souligner leur professionnalisme et leur accompagnement tout au long du processus. L’équipe a pris le temps d’analyser les vidéos, de proposer des tests précis, et de suivre le dossier avec sérieux.

Le diagnostic a été posé rapidement : tube laser défectueux (probablement endommagé pendant le transport). Monport a alors pris en charge l’envoi d’un tube de remplacement, et a même accepté de modifier l’adresse de livraison pour une expédition directe à La Réunion, ce qui n’était pas prévu initialement.

Malgré les contraintes logistiques liées à ma localisation, j’ai toujours eu des réponses claires et un bon suivi.

Aujourd’hui, après remplacement du tube, la machine fonctionne parfaitement.

👉 Je remercie particulièrement le support pour leur réactivité, leur patience et leur sérieux.

Une expérience SAV très positive, ce qui est essentiel pour ce type de machine.

Ich habe mich für den Monport GM 50 Pro entschieden, ich bin sehr zufrieden! Zuvor hatte ich über die Internetseite das Kontaktformular genutzt, schnelle Antwort und Hilfe erhalten, perfekt. Zu Anfang hatte ich Probleme mit der Einrichtung, Gerät zu LightBurn. Der Support antwortet schnell, freundlich und gut beschrieben. Immer wieder gerne!

Ho avuto un problema con l'installazione del chiller cw-5200 su monport RENO 65 PRO devo dire che l'assistenza è stata immediata e risolutiva inviandomi sia consigli su controlli da eseguire sia video dimostrativi, SUPER💪 e grazie ancora di tutto.

Ich habe bei Monport einen 130W Co2 Laser bestellt. Dieser kam nach ca. 4 Wochen per Spedition und wurde per Ameise bei uns abgeladen.

Fragen und Probleme wurden schnell beantwortet bzw. schnell behoben. Bspw. wurde eine falsche Ersatzlinse mitgeliefert und die Absauganlage war etwas beschädigt aber auch hier wurde man sich schnell einig.

Die Mitarbeiter im Support sind sehr bemüht.

Ich würde wieder bei Monport bestellen.

I am over the moon with this CO2 45w laser from Monportlaser. its fast and powerful. Ordered from the Monportlaser website and arrived 2 days later.

Technical support is second to none for this product, i was a little unsure how to get the laser setup properly, and Monport technical support were with me all the way, friendly and very helpful (Paul) Would i recommend this product? yes, without a doubt 5 stars

I had been contemplating purchasing a fiber laser engraving machine for the past few years, as an addition to my hand engraving work as a jeweller. I was initially put off by the price of the machines, but in February 2026 decided to buy a 60w Mopa Fiber laser from Monport UK.

My experience with Monport UK has been great, they answered all of my questions quickly, although this has to be via email, as they don't seem to have a telephone number. Non the less, all emails I have sent have been answered within a few hours. I cannot fault the customer service.

The fiber laser, has really been an eye opener, it isn't phased by the precious metals that it engraves on a daily basis, silver, gold and platinum, it has worked without hesitation. The machine is in operation for two to three hours a day, and in the month I have had it, it has worked without fault.

The detailed engravings that it can produce on such a minute scale, is far beyond what I can do by hand, and it can engrave a lot quicker than I can by hand. It has certainly been a worthy addition to the workshop, it will compliment my hand engraving work, although not totally, as the marks it produces are completely different.

I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Monport UK and their machines. I was hesitant at first myself, but I am glad I made the jump after much deliberation.

Today friday the 13 of march i recieved my reno 65w pro from monport. I cant praise this company or its laser engraver enough. Two weeks ago I bought a open framed diode 40w laser with a seperate enclosure and at the time it was an impresive laser but the enclosure was not fit for purpose as it restricted the access to the e stop and very poor at extracting fumes. So I decided I would research some enclosed machines and ai suggested two affordable ones to me first one was omtech and the second one was monport. I loved how the monport looked and how modern design it had to it so I added it to my basket. So I could return to it. Soon after I got a email from a sales team member called Neil and I explained my situation and didnt want to rush into buying one. And the guy couldn't be more helpful and very customer friendly about it. I then researched youtube monport lasers and felt it was the correct one for me and just needed to decide what model I wanted. This was a easy enough decision and went for the reno 65w pro as it was on sale and had new customer promotion on its website so I bought it . It was a 3- 5 day delivery and on thursday I hadn't recieved any updates so I emailed monoport and they replied that afternoon . And neil the salesperson said he would check its progrees and it was delivered next day. Its a fantastic team at monport . Im so impressed with there product and had it ready to use in less than 1 hour. . Im blown away on how good it feels to work it and the quality of its build. And there customer service and there guys and girls are very helpful. Im going to love using this machine. And highly recomend them. Thank you monport and keep up the great work.
