There is hope

Excellent service.
I was extremely nervous about sorting out my dept. I messaged this company and they rang me. The person I spoke to was very nice and helpful he was very understanding and help me all the way through the process he was very reassuring. I couldn't of asked for more i would 100% recommend this company.

The worst choice you can make
The worst choice you can make. Not only will they not help you, they will also create more headaches and stress for you. You fill out the same documents over and over again until the system accepts them. And then... nothing. You can't understand what's going on. They send automated messages to your email saying they don't provide information and politely ask you to call them, but when you try to call them... it's mission impossible. An automated message keeps you going in circles and no matter what you press, it takes you back to the beginning. There is no option to contact a real person who can explain what's going on. They can only cause you additional stress, don't use them to waste your time.

Amazing people.
I contacted MW after falling into a lot of debt over the past few years. There portal was easy to use and their advisors were so nice and non judgmental. After being referred for a DRO I spoke with the advisor who went through everything with me. The process from start to finish took just 4 weeks. I’m now in an approved DRO and in 12 months I’ll be free of debt completely. This has removed so much stress and I can’t thank MW enough.

Really hard to contact could not speak…
Really hard to contact could not speak to anyone on the phone called at least 8 times . However when they called me the advisor (Natalie ) was very helpful and explained everything that is going to happen I felt she was really understanding of the situation
