I had never heard of money wellness…

I had never heard of money wellness before until someone i know mentioned it and told how much it had helped them with there debts they then recommended me to get in touch aswell and its the best thing I've ever done having a DRO has helped me so much with all my debts and everyone I've spoken too in regards to the debt relief order have been so understanding and helpful I feel like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders with not having to worry now definitely recommend

There aren't enough words to explain the gratitude that I feel towards the. At the beginning, I was a little bit like, oh, you guys are killing me with a constant phone calls. And the constant sending of evidence and all this kind of stuff, because I'm having treatment, I didn't have the energy. And I am just so grateful that they were persistent. And they did force me to be proactive about my situation. And thank God, because they saved my life. They saved me 1000/10! Every disabled patient of mines struggling financially has already been referred.

Finally getting some sleep

I didn't no where to turn I was getting deeper and deeper in trouble with outstanding debt, that until I contacted money wellness, They set me on the road to finally getting some sleep and feeling that I could manage again

Good service

I had a good experience with Money Wellness. The service was helpful and the team was very attentive throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and made it easy to understand. Overall, a positive experience.

Very rude staff

Very rude staff. One person hung up on me because he was pressuring me to do something I didn't want to do. They put you on hold and never get back to you. Avoid!

We've reviewed your call history and can see the frustration you experienced with multiple transfers and hold times.

The call that ended while you were speaking was with someone from, a third-party provider we work with, rather than direct Money Wellness staff. However, this doesn't make the experience any less frustrating for you.

Our Money Wellness advisors (Davis and Fatima) provided professional service during your interactions, though the overall experience with hold times and being passed between different people clearly wasn't satisfactory.

You should never feel pressured, regardless of who you're speaking with.

We're responsible for ensuring all parts of the customer journey meet professional standards, including when working with partner organisations. Your feedback will be shared with our partners to.
