Min søn har forsøgt at købe java edition 3 gange nu - og vi får besked om at pengene er trukket, men der er ikke adgang til spillet. Så jeg stemmer i de andre kommentarer, at man ikke får noget for pengene.. Håber at få svar fra kundeservice. Har kontaktet både microsoft og mojang

the people of mojang are brain dead because you can never contact them for support, and i bought the game mincraft java for 30 dollars and it scamed me in the end out of 60 dollars i had allready purchased the game and i couldn't even play it

Total dårlig, jeg har købt spillet for en beløb er trukket men spillet kom aldrig. Det er reserveret på min konto 180kr, ringet til banken men det er ikke noget de kan gøre noget ved. Lad vær med at bruge denne side til at købe på. Det er fusk.

Just to add to the chorus of disapproval over total lack of customer service...

Purchased Minecraft Java 20/12/20 - downloaded, worked fine, no issues.

For no apparent reason, saved credentials no longer allow access to the game from the launcher, as of 02/02/21.

Emailed Mojang - stock "sort it out yourself" auto-reply received....

Replied to this explaining (again) what had occurred.. zero response, despite including all the relevant purchase ID and token details in the initial email, and then again in the reply to the autogenerated response.

This is perhaps the worst "support" I have experienced from any company... I am well aware of the self help documentation, but if any of that worked, I wouldn't be contacting, would I? I appreciate that they have to plough through lots of correspondence, and I dare say, perhaps some unwarranted nonsense too, but ignoring everyone seems like a poor way to conduct a business.

Buy from Mojang if you simply can't wait for the amalgamation with Microsoft, who have superior customer service in comparison, but, be warned, if you need any help (which is not as unlikely as you may think, given that this issue seems to be an entirely account related issue) you will simply be ignored. Very, very poor.

Be aware that Mojang has no customer service at all. Their automated service is a bloody joke! I've bought my son Minecraft Java Edition and after a year the game has been removed from his account. I have tried to report this issue to them countless times, to no avail. They were very eager to collect my money £17.99 but in terms of recurring business, I'll rather give my hard earned cash to a hobo instead. I'll never buy a mojang product ever again!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Brug ikke Mojang. De har hævet beløbet for Mindcraft to gange og vi har ikke fået noget spil. Vi kan ikke komme i kontakt med dem.

Min søn forsøgte at købe Minecraft for 180 kr. Fik at vide at købet ikke var gennemført og at han skulle forsøge igen. Nu er pengene (360 kr) hævet på hans konto. Han har INTET modtaget.

Cannot access account at all. Possibly been hacked so I’ve raised a ticket and no response apart from an automated email with links to their online help which are useless.
For a global company and a service I pay for I expect some kind of service!

They locked my Minecraft account that I have had since 2011. Support are rude and refuse to unlock it unless I provide the original voucher code I used to buy the game. Who would still have a used code 9 years later??!!

Je me fait reset mon mot de passe Minecraft Java a chaque fois que j'éteins mon PC, au bout de 3 jour mon compte ce fait bloqué, obligé d'envoyé un mail a mojang qui me le débloque 1 semaine après, autrement dit je ne joue pas plus de 9-12 jours en un mois a cause de leurs problème, et leurs service client qui est super long, ils parlent de "réponse rapide", 1 semaine c'est pas ce que j'appelle être rapide

The worst customer support I've ever dealt with

I am going out of my way to write this review after being completely disregarded about my Minecraft accounts. Mojang is the worst customer support in the gaming industry by far. You're extremely to get a reply after 2-3 months, and even lucky to get one at all.

I've been locked out of one of my minecraft accounts for 2-3 years now, no reply when I sent a support ticket. I've sent about 10 over the years now in reference to that account. Most recently was about 3 weeks ago which I've also sent a ticket in about also. All of the tickets completely ignored.

After being a pretty loyal Mojang supporter since 2011, buying minecraft for my kids, 2 accounts for myself, pocket editions, and subscriptions to realms I will probably never give a dime to mojang ever again. Wait until the merger with microsoft so you don't have to deal with their trash customer service.

RDR2 is dead. The online sucks donkey b a l l s and there are no flying bikes or unicorns. Rockstar need to get their ♥♥♥♥ together and add these things into RDR2 - it is the only way to save this dying game. There is nothing to do and the game is very badly optimised. By second hand laptop from Facebook Marketplace cannot even run this at max settings. Rockstar are the biggest money hungry frauds of all time and just port over their dead games to pc. I did not buy a laptop for this. R* please add jets to RDR2 I need my B11 and Lazer so that I can blow up people’s horses and destroy their moonshine. I am sick to death of travelling on a R E T A R D E D horse with a gammy leg (RIP Brooklyn). Every time I move I fly off my horse and die. Thank god my horse has insurance. Please add the marksman rifle mark 2 to RDR2 please rockstar. I can’t spam A and D while in first person spraying my marksman rifle in this game. And for that I do not recommend this game. I think I’ll take my time elsewhere and play GTA Online. The people working on GTA actually have vehicles and smart AI and are releasing GTA 6 in a few years.

Ottimo servizio, gioco meraviglioso! Peccato per la questione LAN che... dannazione... bisogna trovare un altro modo per giocare su rete locale. Non posso cambiare o associare gli indirizzi IP dei computer entrando nel prompt dei comandi per fare una semplice partita. I router oggi hanno la protezione... quindi è difficile che gli indirizzi IP siano perfettamente identici su due o più computer. Bisogna quindi appoggiarsi su una rete a consumo.
