Peacock is the worse of all streaming services as ads are a constant, interrupting mid scene, outrageous for a paid service. I canceled the moment I realized.

I hate Peacock, I am trying to see Yellowstone without commercials and it is impossible to figure out what plan I need.

You’ll watch 3 minutes of ads before starting a movie only for the app to freeze at the end of the 3 minutes, forcing you to watch another 3 minutes of ads before you can even start your movie. It’s a way for them to force you to watch nearly 10 minutes of ads before you can even start watching what you want and then they can claim an “app error”. Terrible customer service and a buggy app. Don’t waste your money, every other streaming platform works better and has much better content.

Went to watch the WNBA Finals Game 1 and it buffered every 2 seconds with no way to reduce the resolution. Was unwatchable. I was so disappointed! I was really looking forward to the game!

Awful they gave me a deal for Apple and their service and was told 12.99. I got charger 19.16.

They use A.I for customer service so it just send you on a robotic loop like you’re the problem. Won’t purchase this service ever in my life. Ever. Unless they refund me. But they won’t because you can’t contact them but through email.

These guys are crooks. They offered me a free 7 day trial. The next day they charged me for one year of service and refuse to refund. They are crooks. Do not use them. Do not trust them.

There is no playback option. If you fall asleep during a series and the next episode plays YOU MISSED IT!! You literally have to use, or create a different profile to go back and watch what you missed. I will absolutely be canceling membership and thank goodness I'm still within the free trial. 19.99 a month and you have to jump hoops to watch something you missed. No thanks!!

I have had ongoing issues with my peacock.tv app for months. I have done everything they have instructed on their FAQs. Cleared my cache, reinstalled the app several times, updated my firestick, checked for updates on my firestick, reset my modem, check on my "internet speed" (438 mbs), yet they put a ticket in to upgrade it to top tier. And I get a message back telling me to do everything that I just explained. Then they disappear. They absolutely do not give a c*** about their customers. They just increased my price matter of fact. And did not inform me whatsoever. I responded back to their blanket customer "top tier" response in how to fix my situation, which was so impersonal and told them that I had done everything that the first level chat contact told me to do. And they never responded to me. This tells me that peacock is a complete joke. I was told by the first customer service level that they have no ability to speak with anybody personally at all. So bottom line, do not subscribe to their services. They are an unempathetic, self serving, nonempathetic company. Their bottom line profit is all they care about. Typical american greed.

Way to many long commercials even with premium.

I just found out they Peacock removed Everybody Loves Raymond, and on top of that the subscription is going two dollars mire next month, what a rip off. SHAME ON YOU PEACOCK!!!

So i was a subscriber for multiple years for the service and just got told to kick rocks!

I turned off auto for my subscription and they still billed me and whe i contacted support about the issue all they did was offer me the same plan (Premium Plus) for $2.99. witch come to fine out was in fact not the same plan they lower my subscription plan. I contacted them again recent when i found out that it was not the right plan they piratically told to kick rocks.

In my opinion as-well these price increases are insane with them not producing shows/movies to the service to warrant a price hike

Unable to cancel my subscription on the Peacock site. I found out that the initial subscription and payment process is done through a third party, which I could not find the name of the third party. I called my bank and requested to stop payment on recurring (future) payment deductions from my account. That was done, but I was advised by the bank to check my bank statement next month to make sure another payment is not deducted. A total pain to cancel my subscription!! I am sorry I subscribed!! Never again!

I'm tired of seeing the same 5 ads every five minutes even though I'm PAYING FOR THE SERVICE. We shouldn't be seeing ads if we're paying for a subscription. This is why people are going back to physical copies.

Having to buy the Premium plan just to watch an NFL game is bullshit. We will be getting rid of Peacock altogether.

I think it is absolutely heinous that Bayern Munich soccer is only aired in Spanish. That is complete BULL and should be aired in English first. This is America! I am appalled that it is only being aired in Spanish!

I like the selection of shows and that they play newer movies at times, but I absolutely HATE and am disappointed that the commercials are super long and occur way too often, the price keeps mysteriously increasing, and it is constantly rebooting, buffering, cutting our shows off, freezing at the worst possible moments, or just completely knocking us out of what we are watching. Can't get through one whole show without issues. I liked it when it was 7.00/mth. It is not worth 14.99/mth. Too much freezing up causing frustration. Going to cancel as soon as I finish Love Island.

The only pay app that still needs commercials. What greed!!!

I understand ads but REALLY?

I closely monitored/using a timer app during 3 episodes because I found myself getting so aggravated over the number and frequency of the ads. The show play time varied between 6 and 10 minutes before playing ads that were 1 to 1 and a half minute long. I signed up for Peacock to watch Yellowstone and will be canceling as soon as I finish.

And if you are thinking "pay for a higher plan so you don't get ads." I'm paying for the Premium with ads at 12.99/mos. The lowest plan Basic for 8.99 does not include movies. The most expensive plan Premium plus is 19.99/mos but even that plan has the following statement "Limitations: Some live sports and events may still contain ads"

I have Netflix with ads but they are not so frequent and it's not so annoying. Plus the selection on Peacock is very limited compared to Netflix and Hulu.

Once done with this series I will never sign up for PeacockTV again.

No customer service. They suck. My wife and I accidentally created 2 accounts and we can't get a refund for the one I created

I had a great experience with their customer service. Efficient and helpful.
