This APP is COMPLETE SH*t just don't waste your money even with the most expensive plan you still get ads and the Premium good luck enjoying a 1-minute ad for every 30 seconds of the show/movie

Lame. Nothing good on Peacock. I got it for one football game and tried to watch it, but I get all the shows on my normal TV. Do not waste your money.

Terrible for viewing sports, voice analysis or play by play comes on 30 seconds before picture is shown. Crackling sound throughout the broadcast, terrible absolutely appalling feed do not purchase you will be disappointed

What the heck is wrong with Peacock? All the BS political commercials on repeat, repeat, repeat ... and they are lies too. I'm canceling my subscription for LIFE.

I'm so livid right now. First off the price increase was not the only thing they did. They big fat effing TOOK MOVIES OUT! You can't increase prices and take away things. That's not ok. That's definitely a problem. I really hope like hell they lose so many customers and lose so much money for this move. I'm tired of this crap. Every single big corp top execs are all worthless and useless, fakes with only one thing on their mind. Money. They're psychopathic. All of them. Research the type of person you have to be to be on top of these horrid companies. Read up. You'll find it. Anyway, back to it. I've been a customer since almost the beginning of this stupid streaming app but I'm no longer a loyal customer. I'm going to cancel right now and they have one hour to cancel and refund me.

Peacock sports will air a live event, but yet the replay isn’t available for hours after the event concludes. Absolutely terrible, should be available immediately or while event proceeds. If I could give 0 stars I would! #iwantmymoneyback

Peacock is an overpriced terrible platform. Just garbage generated from some game boys basement. Know nothing experts on their "panel". Apparently there isn't one former Irish player or coach available....... so we get a Texas/Ohio State wash up crew, a theater kid and a chick who "really really likes football. Way more commercials than regular TV. Garbage. Save your money Notre Dame Fans..... wait and hour or two and then watch for free on YouTube. The 20tards running Peacock are horrible.

This is the only streaming app I’ve ever used that consistently won’t load. The company website suggests unplugging device for 20 seconds, plugging back in, trying again. Or - what if the company built and properly maintained a functioning app that didn’t require ineffective troubleshooting steps more often than not? Because every other streaming service I pay for functions just fine, with very rare exception.

What a bunch of crap this offering is! STAY AWAY FROM PEACOCK! In the days of AI, in order to watch any show, you have to type in each and every letter no voice to text, but becauseit is a budget offering they have convoluted work arounds, I subscribed one moment and before trying to watch my first show, I canceled my subscription, welcome back to 1990....WASTE Of TIME

So now they are jacking up their prices to friggin $20 I’m so tired of these companies doing this crap! THERE IS NO REASON to be paying that for an app! I’m canceling after my subscription ends. YouTube here I come for free with ads. Outrageous. These companies have no shame. Just greedy.

Got the 3 months for 2.99 a month. Tried to watch a movie. Need to upgrade, and my code is now wasted and can't be used to upgrade. This is the reason everyone is sick of streaming and money-obsessed corporations that have lost any semblance of being human.

0/5 stars. What an absolute terrible app. The "skip add" button should be changed to "crashes app." You have to force close the app, clear cache, and even then, sometimes it's still frozen. Stick to the web browser with an ad blocker.

I love the programming but the technical difficulties for months is insane I had to cancel my subscription reluctantly but y'all need to fix that so I can get my subscription back happens the same time every year and it goes on for months it actually disrupts my whole team you have to reset the whole TV to watch other channels

Used to be the best budget friendly service now they are crap. Can’t even watch football on their basic plan and the only movies and shows available for the basic plan suck. Greed is going to take this company into the dirt and I’m glad

The only 2 college football channels on Peacock now require an "upgrade" cost! Just another money grabber!

Any streaming service that requires you to”upgrade to no ads” in order to watch anything decent, is ridiculous. Most especially if they still insist on showing you 190 seconds of ad before watching a movie. Just got the subscription, and canceling just as quick. Disappointing.

Stop ruining my tv experience by putting captions on the top. Its literally the worst place to put captions.. who thought this was a good idea

What a ridiculous cash grab. After four seasons of being able to watch The Traitors on Thursday nights with a regular Peacock subscription, now we suddenly have to pay more or wait until Friday? I already PAY for Peacock. Taking away something subscribers already had and putting it behind a more expensive plan isn’t an upgrade. It’s forcing customers to pay more for the exact same experience they had before. And Friday night? Who decided that was the better option? Terrible move, Peacock.

This platform is garbage they will never be able to compete with the other services. All peacock is doing is selling our data and offering shite tv and movie options for their pricing. I can't wait till this fails out completely and we dont have to see it around any more. The platform is completely garbage. Oh and want to cancle your account ? They purposefully make that difficult. You cant even do it at their website who ever .ade that policy youre a terrible person. Moraless monsters at peacock can't wait till its gone forever

I hate the new UI update

On the web version, it no longer tells you which episode you are watching. You have to click the view more button.. and then it will tell you which episode is playing.
Often the skip recap or skip intro prompts never show. The 10s rewind being on the very edge of either side of the screen is very inconvenient when clicking over from a different screen.

On completion of a season, you have to completely go back to the homepage to even view the episodes of the next season as often, the next episode prompt does not show.
