Ever since microsoft bought it it sucks major doo doo caca. The updates suck and they dont care about the community. Notch was better and you can cry about it

everytime you do updates or try to add more to the game, you mess it up. almost impossible to find netherwart
now after this caves update and having added copper, you find a lot of copper and you can't do anything with ot
now every world i start is just cliffs. no flat land, no sea and i have been mining for 7 hours and not a single diamond. i quit playing the game a year ago because of your mistakes and i thought i would start again but no chamges have been made. goodbye minecraft

The customer service is absolutely horrible. I had been playing one of their products and realized I am glitches with a bug that other users are going through. When I reached out to customer service, they blamed the gaming console company and told me to reach out to their support. When I reach out to the gaming company, they said that this is a product issue. I sent Mojang the transcript of my conversation with the gaming console support, and they completely changed topic and tell me to reach out to yet another support. Mojang, this is your game in which multiple people have reported this one bug. This review is based solely on their customer service, not the games they produce.

This was for the PSN trophies "Om nom nom" and "Friend in need" not working in Minecraft Dungeons. If thus us an issue that Mojang nor PSN can fix, they need to hold a meeting and resolve the issue for gamers.

We finally bought a copy for our kids and down loaded the Java version on our Mac for them. The game ran amazing for about 2 months and then one day when my kids were aloud some screen time they tried to log in and we would just get an error message 'oops something went wrong with the log in process'. I tried a few times fo fix it myself and them finally sought help through Mojang help center.

I havent never delt with a more inept help center in my entire life. I sent them all the required information to research my issue and they basically sent me a, did you turn it off and turn it back on again kind of reply. I replied back that I tried all their steps and still had an issue. They then sent me a set of instructions that were for a Windows PC, I sent and email back explaining that we are running on a Mac. Again, we get instructions that only work for a Windows PC. It was issues like this the whole way through and I have about 15 different messages back and forth with them and I didnt get any closer to solving the issue. I finally had to wipe my Mac and start over to get everything to work again.

Its a fun game but I pity you if you need help from Mojang's help center.

Posiadam grę Minecraft już od 2015 roku. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z użytkowania, nigdy nie napotkałem większych problemów. W sytuacji dokonania włamania na moje konto mojang, napisałem do supportu i sytuacja została bardzo szybko rozwiązana, a ja moje konto odzyskałem. Pozdrawiam, zawsze będę miał mały sentyment do Minecrafta.

Excellent game but terrible customer service.
I have been playing Minecraft for around 8 years now, the game itself is fantastic. In terms of modern video games its in a league of its own.

If I was writing this review a few months ago, it would have been 5 stars, no question.

However, I recently found that any issues are encountered with the running of the Minecraft account such as your account being hacked, issues password changes, migration of old accounts to new email addresses, it is essentially a lost cause to reach out.

I've had my current account for 4 years and recently it was migrated to an email address that does not belong to me. I contacted Mojang support who were extremely unhelpful, with the first ticket I opened being rejected and subsequent attempts left unanswered. I would have been better off buying a new account than dealing with them, however I create Minecraft content as a source of income and my account name is heavily tied to my branding.

It is extremely frustrating to have my account unusable and even more so that Mojang simply does not care enough about the experience of its users to respond to issues in a timely or helpful manner.

TLDR: Excellent game but truly abysmal customer service and care.

Love their Minecraft game so much. When I first saw the game trailer, immediately bought the game. Its been 4years i am playing. But their support system is so much trash. please improve this as soon as possible.

Garbage support, they will ignore your request, never respond, or take months to do so. They also have the comprehension skills of a dead chicken

Selvfølgelig kan jeg svare på nogle af de spørgsmål som de vil have men, hvor f**** finder jeg en kvittering på min spil som jeg købtefor over 10 år?

Seriøst Er det virkelig så svært at sende en glemt kode til ens email?

Jeg vil også tro på at de ville kunne se hvilken IP adresse har logget ind på igennem mange år fordi jeg har en fast IP og hvis min konto er blevet hacket så burde de også kunne se at en konto logger ikke ind på det rigtige sted længere, men en nej de vil nok have man skal ud hvis en helt ny konto Det er lidt nemmere Så kan vi tjekke måske lidt ekstra på det!

De laver en masse godt for minecraft, men migration et noget Brad, mistet 2 kontoer, for det lykkes og lave 2 Microsoft kontoer, men spillet fulgte ikke med nu og mojang siger, snak med Microsoft og de siger snak med mojang. De er et cirkus.

Moi j'ai donné une seul étoile parce-que quand tu joue à minecraft sur nintendo switch tous et payant alors que sur pc tout et gratuit et en plus on doit acheter la switch et le jeux.Même pour rejoindre des server.

don't get why people are spamming bad reviews, Minecraft is great, and if you don't get a response from Mojang, then they are busy! They are a huge company and put a lot of work into the game and you just spam bad reviews?! Some are just hate comments saying they hate Minecraft. Just ignore them, they are probably just bots making Mojang look bad! Keep up the good work Mojang. Ignore the stupid reviews you get.

Would give zero stars for the terrible customer service if they allowed zero stars. I never got a transaction id emailed after purchasing the game and put in a ticket to let them know. They replied with a canned response about losing the id and that they can't provide it to me and then closed the ticket... I am now on ticket number 4 and its the same thing. Even though I pointed out that their site says if I provide cardholder info, they can recover it for me. They just copy and paste a response and close. I need the invoice for work since it was purchased for a coding class and accounting needs the invoice. I cannot believe how bad this experience has been.

Efficient customer support and fast replies, most of these 1 star ratings are from people who accidentaly deleted a world (something mojang cant help you with), or other bs. They are just wrong
