Beautifully made tulip table. Took two months to deliver, but that seems to be standard with online furniture orders these days. It was worth the wait!

Ordered 4 chairs first week of December 2024 that showed as "in stock" After they charged my credit card, I received a message that they were delayed in transit with an ETA of 3 weeks. 3 weeks later I inquired and was told it would be another 2 weeks. Still no chairs but my credit card bill was on time! At this point I think the furniture may be purely imaginary. I will be seeking corrective action promptly.

Quick shipping and response . I like chairs, hopefully they will last.

This store is presumably one of those prevalent Chinese stores that send fake products late and provide no customer service. I thought I read reviews on Trustpilot, but I expect those are fake:
My four chairs that I ordered in mid June didn't arrive until October 1. I emailed several times on status, and did get responses. I never received the shipping notice as promised and they suddenly arrived one evening - the boxes were open, one was damaged, one was missing, and all of them were cheap matter plastic, not the sleek shiny black shown. Now they are not answering on my requests for return.

The tulip chair from Modholic is easy to assemble, very versatile and extremely stylish in any decor. This was an extra chair that I needed to complete my dining room set. A modern and timeless design.

Although my shipment incurred a slight delay, the customer service representative responded to my concerns quickly and Modholic kept me posted when the order arrival date ultimately moved up.

Ordered dining room chairs on June 29th, on July 1 received notification that there would be a slight delay with ETA being -6 weeks out. No problem! I can totally understand large, international shipments being difficult to manage. I reached out 2 weeks in and they confirmed we were 3-4 weeks out from delivery. Great! Right on time. 4 weeks later, I have heard nothing. I reach out to confirm that my dining chairs should theoretically be arriving any day now and nope. They are somehow still 3-4 weeks out from delivery. Okay, this is getting weird, but I understand. We are now 2.5 weeks later and I've heard nothing from the Modholic team. I have called 5 times just in the past day with no response and will now have to file a clawback from my credit card company for $800. Definitely avoid.

We purchased an egg chair from Modholic for Midlothian Public Library as a quiet, enclosed space for children--especially those with sensory needs. It is attractive, well-constructed, comfortable, and did not give us any issues with assembly.

I found the perfect chair for my patio online, placed a call to customer services because I had some questions about the chairs, spoke with Judy Hall who was able to provided the best customer services. The chairs arrived in perfect conditions and they are amazing. What a piece of cake order furniture without any headache. I will continuing getting my furniture at Modholic. Amazing Experience. !!

I am an interior designer and I could not LOVE these Nest chairs any more than I do!! I bought 4 and will use them for al fresco dining on my screened in porch. They are the perfect grey to match my Trex decking! The chairs are sturdy and stackable and came well packaged. No assembly required and no pillows necessary! They are comfortable as is. The lines are gorgeous and I am truly happy with this purchase!

I ordered the Soho Coffee Table in March 2024 for approximately $500. It was said to arrive in 3-4 weeks. It is now August 2024 and it has still not been shipped. Modholic has not attempted to contact me with any updates or explanation. When I reach out, they say it's an "import" issue. I would not trust this brand if I were you.
