I strongly advise against ordering from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. After placing my order, I received no communication regarding a delivery date even when I would email asking where my order was. The furniture eventually showed up unannounced—and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. When we attempted to assemble the table, the pieces didn’t fit together properly, making it impossible to even get past the first step. I contacted customer service multiple times, but they initially refused to assist me—even though I had purchased a protection plan. After several calls, they agreed to a $250 refund and a replacement table. However, neither was ever processed. When I followed up again a week later due to no refund processed, I was told they could no longer help me. They then reduced the offer to a $100 refund and denied the replacement entirely, despite my protection plan coverage. After spending hours on the phone, a manager named Sunny assured me I would receive a $100 refund and a replacement table within 24–48 hours. Again, neither of those promises were fulfilled. Eventually days later, I received an email stating that the $100 refund had been processed—and to make matters worse, the $191 protection plan I purchased was canceled without my consent. This refund was what we agreed upon along with a replacement table, and I have received no resolution for the damaged table and they canceled my protection plan that I paid more then $100 for and I did not agree on canceling. I have called at least 20 times in one day trying to resolve this issue, but no one answers or responds to emails. Overall, this has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have asked several times if they can come get the items and refund me as this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I am asking for a full refund or a call from corporate as I have tons of emails/calls/texts to back me up and I will take this all the way until my issue is resolved!!!!!!
Update 5/22/26: I still have not received the replacement product or a refund, and Eve Furn has now blocked every form of communication. Each time I call, as soon as I provide my name or order information, the call is disconnected and my number is blocked. They left me helpless without being my able to also use the protection plan I purchased and was not refunded for that they canceled and claimed it would be for my “new table” that I have not got. Total scam! Save your time and money Due to the complete lack of resolution and unprofessional handling of this situation, I will be filing both a lawsuit and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company. Avoid Sunny, Shaz, and the female who answers all the calls and disconnects them. Still have not got a call back from corporate!

Still no contact from the company and still blocked from calling. My bank disputed the charges as they agreed that this company’s handling of the situation was incredibly unprofessional. After weeks of unresolved issues, broken promises, and poor communication, nothing was done to fix the problem. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—look elsewhere. I would not recommend this company. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
