Já fiz outras compras na Model Universe e sempre deu tudo certo, processo de compra tranquilo, atendimento excelente, entrega no prazo, porém nessa última compra não consigo lançar o código de rastreio para gerar o pagamento de impostos no Brasil e até o momento não recebi o produto nem consegui pagar o imposto devido por não identificação do código informado, já enviei e-mail para a Model Universe porém até o momento não recebi resposta. Para essa compra meu nível é insatisfeito.

As I have contacted you before about this matter if I try to pay with Apple Pay it goes through the process as if I have bought the item says I have bought it No money comes out of my account and I get a email the next day to say I have left something in my basket.I buy most things on Apple Pay and have no issues so the fault is on your end otherwise a good service
