First time shopping with them and very impressed. Fantastic range of models, competitive pricing and super fast delivery with items well packed and kept informed throughout the process. Website initially had a few glitches but now seems fine. Hope to be placing more orders in the near future, thank you!

Had what i wanted and was delivered quickly

I was hesitant to purchase from this site, but decided to go ahead and buy an F1 model. I created an account to be able to track my purchase in the Orders section of my account. Finding models was very easy and an enjoyable experience. Checkout was also very smooth and easy.

I then needed to cancel my order, and this is when my earlier worries were confirmed. The website is not up to par with other retailers I've seen, it is harder to navigate and find what you're looking for post-sale. I attempted to cancel and refund directly from my online account. The refund amount shown to me was significantly less than what I paid, and support replies are slow. My purchase was then removed from my Orders section, whilst no confirmation email was received for a cancellation and/or refund. This makes it seem like I never placed the order to begin with, and my money has still not been returned to me.

If you choose to buy from this retailer, I would recommend it, but don't expect a super customer support experience. Very behind when compared to customer support experiences with other retailers.

I’ve been sourcing the models from a few places but I wanted a local UK supplier who had reasonable prices, short delivery times and a quality service. This was my first order and I have been very pleased with the whole transaction.

Finding the model and ordering it through the website was very easy. Delivery was quicker than expected and the model was very well packaged.

Overall, I was very pleased and I have my eye on a few other models to add to my collection through 2026.
