Delivery was around 7 days.
I ordered the tires 02.01.2019. But the date of production (end of 2016).Made in China.

I ordered RFT pirelli tyres on 3rd Jan and received 09/01/2019 with tubeless scorpion zero tyres. they sent the order label on the package but the goods is not what you order. Dumping rubbish and unprofessional.

Waiting for resolution or make a fraud claim.

Outstanding service, I called customer service to check if items in stock they confirmed they were, I placed order on December 18th and the 4 tyres were delivered on December 21st they were shipped from Germany to UK in 3 days, it doesn't get any better than that. 10/10.

Read mixed reviews about mobilemech-shop and ordered tentatively. However, received the products without hassle within 10days of ordering. Seemed the tyres shipped from Germany and tracking wasn't real time, which on hindsight probably made me anxious given the previous reviews. I will definitely recommend and order again.

All worked out fine but an odd experience as there is not a lot of communication from them. I bought 4 winter tyres which were delivered to a local garage who fitted them. Good price and delivered on time just not much communication from them. Also if you phone them it is a strange automated service.
Suggest paying by Paypal if you can.

Ordered winter tyres they didn't turn up after 7 day. I called to chase them they told me we are dealing with a lot of orders and that I will receive them within 3 days. This time passed so I emailed asking what is going on to get a reply saying order cancelled full refund given. They clearly don't have the tyres in stock but still try to sell them annoying and very un professional.

Ordered 2 sets of tyres from them. One set was dispatched the day after ordering, the other set, no mention of it. Rang 'Customer Service' which happened to be a computerised service which said the tyres I'd ordered were not available. No mention of if I'd get a refund or if the order had been cancelled. Eventually managed to get through to an agent, who had zero inter-personal skills, she said yes the tyres were out of stock and did I want to cancel the order. At this point I looked on the website again and the tyres were showing in stock, only this time £60 more expensive each! I questioned how they were showing as In Stock if they had none. She said that they were out of stock at the lower price, but if I was willing to pay the extra they could dispatch exactly the same tyres today. Poor way of doing business, trying to rip off customers. They are part of Delti who also run mytyres.co.uk.

My order was lost in the post and cancelled. I have phone about my refund twice the first time I was told I would get the refund by 10 o clock the next day, second time I rang I was told it would take 2 days its now 4 days have passed. I have no problem with the tyres being lost in the post or that they had no replacements. But a refund should be within a day not 4 and counting. Still no refund use at your peril.

Terrible. Over 2 month delivery time. You either receive tracking that does work, tracking that doesn't work, or no tracking at all, you never know... Customer help is not understandable unless you speak whatever foreign language the person on the other end speaks, which wont be whatever country you are from. No delivery message in the post or anything, you have to check your tracking and then go to the post office or wherever and have them search for it until they find it. Just stay away, this is so terrible they do not deserve any business.

Do not buy from them . 2 weeks and still no delivery. I had to cancel and now I need to order tyres from somewhere else.

Non existent customer service, unreliable.I've placed my order on 31st of October 6AM. On website it says fast delivery. Few phone calls one email and they've kept saying it didn't arrive as soon it arrives and ships we'll email you. 6 days and they can't even say when i'll get my tyres. Poor, not helpful customer service. Should be also called mobilemech-shop.de... The worst experience for online shopping so far. There are plenty other good companies. Don't make my mistake. My order is cancelled and I'm waiting for my money back.

Tyres arrived at the garage who were working on my vehicle on the estimated day. I had no problems with the delivery and the price was the cheapest on the net that I could find - even amongst other 'Delticom' brands.

No hesitation in giving Mobilemech a good rating.
