Nice app and recipes. But sign up with “free” trial seems easy to accidentally end up being subscribed to. Customer service seemed to be unwilling to help and made me provide all the details they already had themselves. Then asked me having not refunded despite me not using the app and having provided lots of information and taking up my time to thank me and ask me to give some feedback via a link to here… so.. here we are…

I decided to do a free 5 day trial with Mob but unfortunately we then had a family illness so I did not have the chance to look/use it. I contacted Mob to cancel and they couldnt have been more helpful. Jess cancelled my subscription straight away. I will hopefully go back to Mob once things have settled down.

Awesome product
Awesome product, reliable and helpful. Through no fault of theirs I didn't commit to the app as much as I wanted to, but highly recommend. Customer service is top notch highly supportive and attentive

Brilliant Customer Service and
I had to email MOB as I noticed a payment had been taken out of my bank account. I had signed up for a free trial and thought I had already cancelled any ongoing payments /subscription so I was annoyed to say the least.
Fair play to the customer service team at MOB they replied straight away and the payment refunded back to my account.
They definitely deserve a mention for their helpfulness and assistance towards me.

Great app and customer service
Honestly the app is really great and easy to use. I did not use it for a long time because I am not looking for a long-term recipe provider. But I have to say that the customer service is great. Their response is very timely and they were extremely helpful.

I couldn't cancel my subscription
I couldn't cancel my subscription, even with their instructions, because it didn't show up in my Apple Subscriptions, and I could not log in to their website. I emailed them about the issue, and they resolved it quickly and seamlessly.

Great idea and much cheaper than food delivery
Saved loads on the food bill and the recipes are fantastic. Been really impressed with the veggie options and gives lots of inspiration for cooking new types of dishes. Really appreciate the feature of suggesting recipes that share similar ingredients to keep the shopping list smaller. Both myself and partner have been loving the variety.

Cannot Cancel Subscription
I have sent 6 emails, trying to cancel my subscription and no reply to any of them
There does not seem to be anyone answering from help at email address
There is no way of cancelling unless you email. I have tried on the app and website and it will not let me cancel and no reples to any emails
