Massively late for school performance
Massively late for school performance. Driver arrived 15 mins later than scheduled pick up time. Also arrived at a side road and couldn’t explain where he is parked. My son and I waited in the cold for nearly 18 mins. My son eventually ended up being very late for his school performance. Very disappointing

I have been using this cab firm for longer than I can remember, for myself and family, and they have never let me down.
Only once in all these years, have I ever had an issue, and the matter was dealt with promptly, and professionally for all concerned.

The booking was easy
The booking was easy, the driver was early and polite and pleasant.
The only thing I did not like is that when I pressed the tab for contact driver, it diverted to another number that was not available.

Aggressive driver with intimating attitude
Ordered and paid a cab online, to be ‘wait and greet’ at Costa Coffee at Heathrow (extra for this). That didn’t happen. Driver was 45 mins late, called and requested us to go to pick up area outside terminal to wait for him instead!!
Car eventually came, driver was rude and impatient. On route from airport to Camden in London, the driver missed a few turns on the GPS – he was on the phone (ear phone) chatting. We informed him that the route he was taken was not the best route, he got very offensive. In the midst of it, he stopped the car in the middle of nowhere and became very AGGRESSIVE, threatened both of us to throw us out of the car.
We told him if he did so, we would call the police immediately.
His attitude was very aggressive and intimidating, if that was a lady passenger or anyone who is vulnerable, this could be dangerous and extremely uncomfortable.
TFL has a report line if you experience similar aggressive drivers.
Reported the incident to minicabs.co.uk, they did try to investigate with an apology, explaining the driver was ‘stressed’ at the time.
In no circumstances, aggressive behaviour and intimating attitude should be tolerated.

Route Taken by the Driver: The driver was not taking an incorrect route. All our drivers rely on trusted navigation systems and are instructed to take the fastest route available. In your case, our controllers also double-checked the route when you raised this concern, and they confirmed that it was indeed the most efficient option under the circumstances.
Behaviour During the Journey: At Minicabs.co.uk, we have a zero-tolerance policy for aggression or inappropriate behaviour towards our customers. We have spoken to the driver about this incident, and they have been formally warned. That said, the driver has mentioned that they were also subjected to unpleasant treatment during the journey. We kindly request mutual respect to ensure a better experience for everyone involved.

Booked pickup and return to LHR online via their app. Was also able to speak to them in person where they suggested an earlier pick time which proved beneficial. Arrived at LHR in good time and collected from LHR on time. No issues.
