Not a great experience
The driver was uncommunicative to the point that we could not get off where we wanted. The minicab person in the WhatsApp conversation was rude.
Very good service from driver
Very good service from the driver. On time, very polite and acceptably chatty. Cab could do with a bit of a clean, otherwise all was good.
Driver on his phone while driving
First of all I didn’t receive any tracking for this ride !
The driver was always on his phone while driving, wasn’t paying attention to the road and he was not keeping his lane and at some point HGV driver beeped him to make him aware.
Also he was continuously eating while driving and the smell was horrible. As we arrived at the destination he was expecting tips but however it was not the case.

Pre booked meet and greet and driver was 45min late
Pre booked and payed extra for meet and greet as my daughter and I were arriving late to LHR. Taxi driver did not show up on time and when calling the service number they kept saying “driver will come in 10 minutes” don’t take another taxi. This went on for 45 minutes (after agreed pick up time) before driver finally arrived. Not amused with service and being left at the airport in the middle of the night for so long.
Poor experience
First time using this service and unfortunately it was a really poor experience.
I pre-booked a taxi for 11pm from The O2 during the tube strikes, specifically to avoid getting stranded. I was told I’d receive driver and vehicle details once the car was on route, but I didn’t get any updates until after the scheduled pickup time — and only after I chased them myself (to which I received no response at the time).
I also wasn’t aware the booking would just be allocated to a Bolt driver at the time of dispatch. If I’d known that, I would’ve just booked directly through Bolt instead of pre-booking, as it didn't seem to guarantee a driver since they kept cancelling, adding to our wait time.
To make things worse, I confirmed the exact pickup point with customer service (they even sent a Google Maps pin) earlier in the day, but the driver didn’t go to that location. We had to walk back in the opposite direction to find them when they eventually arrived.
There was no response from the 24-hour customer service team during the wait, and we ended up standing there for over 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time before a car eventually arrived.
Overall, really disappointing experience, especially given it was my first time using the service and I relied on it in a difficult situation.

Professional and Curteous

Reliable and courteous! Arrived for pickup 10 minutes adrift of requested time but had learned from past experience to book a little earlier to allow for traffic holdups so arrived at destination on time!

Driver cancelled 5 minutes before he was due
Driver cancelled 5 minutes before arrival time. Trip was booked the previous day. Replacement driver arrived 21 minutes late. Missed my appointment.

I booked the cab on the 12.03.26 online for 09:20 on 13.03.26 pickup time. On the 13th I rang the helpdesk nto check that the driver would be turning up on time. This was at 09:05 on the 13th. The controller confirmed that the driver would pick me up in 9 to 10 minutes. However, the controller then informed me at 09:15 that the driver has cancelled and that he would find me a replacement driver. The replacement arrived 21 minutes late at 09:41. Consequently I misses an important hospital appointment. Drivers should not be permitted to cancel bookings at short notice unless there is an emergency of some kind. This incident has caused be a great deal of distress and inconvenience and is totally unacceptable - having taken the trouble to book the day before travelling
