My first time with this company
This was the first time I had used the company but it will not be the last. Excellent service. And a very competitive price.
Even though I had received very clear emails confirming my booking (I had booked a week before to be taken to Luton Airport to catch a flight) I was nervous about being let down, so I wrote to the company the day before, to ask for reassurance that all was in order.
I was very happy (and reassured!) to receive a speedy and personal response that confirmed, yet again, that the booking was indeed in order.
I liked that in the morning I also received a message that the driver was on his way.
He arrived in very good time and waited patiently for me, and of course we got to the airport exactly when I wanted to, with plenty of time to catch my flight.
I should also note that the driver, Irfan, was friendly and helpful.

We booked a minicab to take us to the hospital. The journey should have taken around 50 minutes, but it ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes. Because of this delay, we missed a critical cardiac appointment and now have to wait another year.
The experience was extremely stressful, and the level of service was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on what happened.

Pre-booked
I had booked a cab for 1:15pm to take myself and my students to Eltham Palace and again at 3 pm to take us back to college. On both occasions, the transport was over 40 minutes late, which was totally unacceptable.
Idid email them on several occasions for compensation but I have still not heard anything and it is now Jan 2026!
I will not be using this service again

Absolutely diabolical
Absolutely diabolical. Multiple times they take the booking, several hours in advance, but no driver comes. This has happened to me so many times, i dont actually know what the point of minicab.com is because they dont supply any cabs. I will NEVER call their number again. I dont like them, i dont trust the. Unreliable. Usesless.

Unreliable and Terrible Customer Service
My 6am taxi booked to the train station for the airport didn’t arrive. Controller kept robbing me off telling me it would be a few minutes. I explained I had a train ticket booked and if it wasn’t going to arrive, I’d order an uber. Having been told it was a still just minutes away, it was over 25 minutes late and turned out to be an uber they had booked last minute! Controller was shockingly rude and unapologetic and I’ve since had no response to my complaint via email. Will never use, or recommend again.

I used this company’s services twice last week when going to a London airport & both times the service was exceptional! Both Uzman & Mohammed (one took us home from Stansted on Sun 19/10/2025 & the other took us from home to Stansted) were both professional & very pleasant. I would be very careful when you book.
I would be very careful when you book.. I booked a ride, funds left my bank account and I received a confirmation of the booking via email. I contacted the company via chat as the pick up address in the confirmation email was repeated twice. I was then told that the price of the booking is incorrect as I booked for Boxing Day (correct your pricing then??). Asked for a full refund straight away as it felt very odd to me to hear that when I had a confirmation email in front of me. They said a refund will be send in a couple of days. I then asked for a confirmation of cancellation in writing as it all felt a bit odd. I was then told I actually have to cancel the booking myself via the app (not what was said to me before). Did not feel at all like the person on the other side tried to help me to resolve this.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry for the confusion you experienced.
Holiday periods such as Boxing Day and Christmas typically expereince much higher demand, which is why the pricing structure differs on those dates. At the time you made your booking, the holiday pricing had not yet been finalised and updated on the website and app, which is why the system displayed the wrong fare. Our operator informed you of this as soon as it came to light, but we fully understand the frustration.
Regarding the refund: Once a booking is cancelled, it may take a few days for the payment to be reflected in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time. Because the booking was made directly by you, the operator suggested cancelling it yourself through the app, as this is usually the quickest way for the refund to be processed and returned.
We apologise if this was not communicated to you clearly or if the expereince felt unhelpful-that is not the level of service we aim to provide.
