The driver was going very fast the whole wat, had the speed camera detector on the whole journey so I could hear it too. The car was not clean at all and the experience was one if the worst I've had with you.

Very professional throughout
Very professional throughout. I was using for the first time with my son as passenger on a school run, who was very nervous. Mohammed the driver was very friendly and dead on time. Can't speak more highly of them. 10 out of 10.

Poor standard of customer service/Inadequate driver
The driver was barely able to communicate. His manner and english were quite poor.
He picked up the parcel and dropped in off in reasonable time, but didn't even get out of the car to assist me with the items (just pointed t the back a told me that I'm a young man I can do it myself). He eventually helped after I asked him to. He was a nice man but a bit lazy and inadequate. Not a very good representation of the business.
