Fast, Efficient and Excellent Service!

Desde el momento de la reserva hasta la llegada al domicilio todo fue correctisimo. Te dan a elegir el tipo de coche y superó las espectativas. Qasim fue nuestro conductor y fue a buscarnos justo al hall al que saliamos en el aeropuerto. Buena presencia, trato y atencion.

The driver was very good and polite and the office tried to contact me when trying to reach me a number of times as my phone signal was not working from an airport pickup. This is the third time I used the cab company and would recommend them.

The booking was easy and the option to mention the flight number is very handy when you are arriving into London.

The booking process and phone app were user-friendly. The driver arrived on time for my 4 a.m. ride. I particularly appreciated that the confirmation text included a phone number for customer support.
However, I would suggest offering more suitcase options during the booking process to clarify whether the sizes refer to small or large luggage. Overall, the price was reasonable, so I would use the company again.

Unfortunately the minicab didn't appear at the appointed time. When I phoned the company I was told that the previous client had delayed the driver, and he would be 5 minutes late. The driver then called me to say he had arrived. But he wasn't where we were! I had put in the 'Extra Information' section that the driver shouldn't use the postcode of my address as we are at the end of a footpath off the road, and I gave the postcode and street number of the house at the place where we should be picked up from. The driver said he had not been given that information. So he had to drive round from an adjacent street. So altogether we were 10 minutes late. I don't know if this is the fault of the driver, or the software the company uses. But I wonder why you would ask for extra information and then not use it.

First time using them, everything was perfect. Driver came early, was very helpful and friendly. We got to the airport earlier then expected. Very impressed and will definately use again. Also price was half that of an Uber

I booked a taxi the night before to travel into London for an important meeting. The taxi was supposed to arrive at 11:15am. At 11:10am I received a text that the taxi would arrive in 5 minutes. After about 15 minutes no taxi arrives, I called and they said the driver canceled. Then they said they would look for a driver. In the end I had to book and Uber and it was stressful making it in time for the meeting. I can't use this firm again because drivers will cancel if they don't want to take the fare. But the whole point of booking ahead of time is to guarantee a car will be there. I was able to cancel when the Uber came but don't rely on them to pick up even if you made a reservation.

Great service, only confusion about were to be picked up at Heathrow airport. If not for that, I would have given 5 stars. Also cost less than other companies

My flight arrived early from Portugal. I called Minicabs for London and told them. They already knew and instructed the driver who came 30 minutes early at Luton Airport. He was very friendly, polite and helpful as are all their drivers. Very grateful that I didn't have to wait long at the airport.

On time arrival of driver, helped with the bags and was a pleasant ride to the airport! Will be using the service again.

Excellent experience with riding to Heathrow T2! The driver was polite, but happy to chat. In the beginning of the trip he asked whether I have my passport with me, which is clearly a very important question.

Ridiculous conversation about how we booked an estate car, but a 7 seater car came to collect us. (Incidentally the rear two seats would only fit children). We had 5 cases and then were callled up mid journey to charge us another £14 because it was the wrong car. The driver wasted 5mins before he started the journey discussing with the office. Will not use again.

We made a booking several days in advance for a cab to pick us up from our West London hotel to go to a wedding in central London. The cab failed to arrive on time with the result that the groom and his family arrived late to his wedding.
I had rung the cab company the previous afternoon to confirm the booking and ask for an additional pick up. We got a larger car and paid the extra cost. The operator reassured me that it was booked and would be on time. However when I called the following morning after the cab had failed to arrive on time I was told they were still trying to find a cab.
An Uber cab finally arrived around 30 minutes late but the driver did not have the details of the additional pick up and had the wrong final destination address.
There then followed a protracted phone conversation between the driver and the cab company trying to sort out the correct addresses.
This experience was incredibly stressful and ruined a special and important occasion. We cannot get this day back again!
