I tried to cancel this item 2 days after I ordered it they said I couldn't because it was on its way yet it took another 18days to get here. They are advertising a cleanova m7 but that's not what you receive.

Lesson learnt. Read the Trust Pilot reviews! Like all the other reviews. Total rip off. Bought a projector. Absolutely not the specification that was on the web site. Not even branded and didn’t actually produce any sound. Initiated the returns process. Not holding out much hope. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Do not buy. Poor communication.
Ordered the robot and wished to cancel 24minutes later. They ignored my message and posted an item out 16days later
Still no refund and credit card company chasing.

This company is a scam. They import a lot of their products from around the world and if anything is wrong with it you are on your own. I bought a lumicast projector off them which is a piece of crap. They won't give me a return address so I can return it and they won't refund me either. They operate like an Indian scam call centre. Don't use them or buy any of their products. If I could rate them -5 I would be generous. Use them at your own peril. They should be investigated

I paid for a Glide M7 and got a very cheap robot sweeper. It has to be plugged in to be charged and does not turn round when it hits something. Total rubbish. Apparently they do not give a full refund if returned.

Ordered a cleanova glide M7 hoover yet the one that turned up is not the one described and looking at the reviews below I think I've been had , I have contacted the company but I reckon I won't get much help getting the one I ordered , STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

I ordered M7 Cleanova glide robot hoover on 14th August, stated would arrive within 5 working days. This has still not arrived. No information on tracking. Am even more concerned after reading the reviews that have recently been posted.
Has anyone had this issue resolved?

An intelligent Robot Hoover has arrived. A cheap plug in version - no docking station and not the brand advertised.
Nothing like the hoover advertised.

Ordered and paid for a item on 02.08.2025. They adverte a two day pick and 5 daya to ship. Assumed it was coming from the UK however after I emailed a week later did the respond to say it was being dealt with. Chased again a week later to then coincidentally be sent tracking info on the same day. It was being sent from CHINA. Another week later on spicy my order shows as returned. Chased again to receive an email apologising that due to packaging changes the logistics company could not find my order. Once it's back at the warehouse it will apparently be re sent and I need to rest assured my money is safe. THIS IS SCREAMING TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.

****UPDATE**** Trying to report them to shopify is a nightmare. They are not the easiest to contact and report to. Will keep trying to report and will update onxe successful.

Ordered the vacuum but changed my mind and asked for a refund within the time they stated . 2 days later was told I hadn't cancelled in time. When challenged they agreed I had and promised a refund. That was 10 days ago and despite numerous emails nothing has appeared. I suspect this is a scam company.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I ordered the Cleanova Glide M7 and after 2 weeks received a message to say it had been returned to sender. I emailed Mimyy and asked for them to refund the order in full as I had sourced the item elsewhere when I received the return message. They emailed to say that they had originally shipped the items out in heavy packaging so it had been returned to them, but rest assured they were resending it in lighter packaging. I had already told them I no longer wanted the item but they sent it back out rather than keeping it so that they didn't have to refund the full amount. My options are now to return the item to them (at my own cost) for them to then deduct a 35% restocking fee before refunding me or I could keep the item and get a partial refund (again the 35% restocking fee) or receive a refund in the way of 50% store credit. this is all in their refund policy ONCE the item has been received. I asked for the item to be refunded when it had been returned to them. It's been 15 days now, still no sign of my item and I'll certainly not be choosing the store credit because I'll never shop with them again.
