Our mission is to offer the best quality of CBD products and its derivatives at very competitive prices. We intend to offer only very high quality products under our brand name. These products will be sent via our storage partners (pro detail delivery company) as soon as possible to our customers (3 days EUROPE -7 days to the UK and 15 days worldwide). In terms of selling prices, we can afford, given our situation as a wholesaler in the middle, to sell 10-15% less than our direct competitors, and this for all the different product ranges.

I originally placed my order on the 8th December 2025, despite money being taken from my account, and several emails of complaint, and being told the matter would be looked into, as of today, 8th January 2026, I still haven't received my order. My advice, use a different company.

I haven't received my package and haven't received a refund. The store hasn't responded to emails. Don't buy anything from them! They're scammers! 😡🤬

Great resolution to my order.
I placed two orders with leaf and had to send them a email, my orders got lost in the system. I received a response quickly and was asked for the order number of my two items.
I received both of my items.
Yesterday and today.
I am so pleased.
I will be fully ready to use their site again.

How many times are you going to allow me a very very poor score on your platform that says the same as I've said before.
I'm still waiting for two orders that I have not seen since tha 26th of October.
I advise you that if it's being delivered by Dpd, it's not getting to you.
Bad business practice
I rate the products quite highly however after placing an order on the 24th of October and we are now in the second week of November and I still have not received my order and the fact that leafoclock has not responded to any of my requests to look into it, I will not be ordering anything from them again, which is a shame because up until now they have been excellent.

I paid extra for 4 day delivery to be told my local place was all one holiday 2 days after I place the order then 4 days later I get told its coming from Switzerland now and I have no way of knowing how long its gonna take cause it not bee updated at all since the 25th of August and everytime I've tried to contact you, I get no replies at all.

Worst customer service ever, I never received my order, the order was confirmed and my bank account debited, fourteen days later I’m still waiting for my order, I sent ten email to all they services and I never get a replied even by phone. Don’t order from them they are thief !!!

My last order is completely missing, and no one will answer my emails! One of my other orders was missing half of the order and when the replacement was sent it smelt off, and then no one would answer my emails so all in all I'm disgusted!
