A poor customer experience overall
My order was missing an item and so far I have followed up six (!) times with customer service. Although the bed is nice, the overall customer experience has been poor. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and resolving issues when they occur are basics for any company.

I feel like I sleep in luxury every night!
I can’t get out of my milounge as it is so comfortable and cosy. My only fault is the shipping - it says next day delivery but I received mine 6 days later. Other than that, I love it..

Wonderful Product
The product itself is wonderful and well worth the money. There were some issues with the tracking not updating so wasn't sure where my parcel was until it arrived.

Super cuddly
So impressed with your product, bought it for my 8 year old Son who is now using it as his bed. He loves the feeling of been tucked in all the way round and it’s very warm and cosy. Our 2 English Staffie dogs love it too. Excellent delivery we live in New Zealand and DHL kept us informed through out the delivery process. Thanks Team will definitely be buying more beds for the family!!

Customer service is rubbish
Ordered my human dog bed when they 1st launched. They took my money, then told me I had a 4 wks wait.
As way of compensation they would send me a replacement cover for free.
I have asked for an update on the dispatch of the cover approx 5 times (I still have all the emails. They just stop replying to your emails!!
I've been waiting 10 months. Be warned. The bed is mega overpriced in my opinion.
I'd have been as well off buying a giant beanbag. Will never buy from them again.
