I have purchased two Plufl pillows. I absolutely love them. As a side sleeper who also gets hot during the night .. I was forever pulling covers on and off and trying to locate the pillow I used between my knees to support my hips/back, I know what you are thinking is it worth the money? 100%. Hands down. I bought the second one to keep at my son’s house when we visit. Hopefully he hasn’t stolen it by the next time we visit!

Customer service has been excellent.

Never got my order despite having shipping insurance the company refused to refund, then said they would then weeks later when I never got my money they said they changed their mind. Awful customer service, fraud products.

I've had a very positive experience with Plufl. The Hugl pillow is wonderful: well-made, genuinely cooling, and it's helped me relax and fall asleep on nights when I've dealt with insomnia. (I made friends and family try it out when I got it because I was so excited about how cozy it was.) I've actually received compliments on the free blanket that came with the pillow, as well.

Truly the best pillow we have ever had! Whether it be a nap or sleeping at night, we can’t go without it. Awesome customer service throughout the selection and delivery process as well.

Its been great having my plufl large pillow. I’ve had better sleep as it keeps you cool at night and has great neck and back support. and ive also gotten a blanket for them it has this insane cooling tech and it feels like a cool breeze. It’s amazing during hot summer nights. I’m currently planing on getting a new one as my cats have claimed it as their own lol.

Great company and great product. Love what they are doing for comfort and for those that are going through chemo and needing the extra support

They've got a good track record of taking people's money and never delivering the product.
I'm one of the hundreds of Kickstarter backers they ripped off. They even reached back out and requested additional shipping money from all the backers, and then still failed to deliver.

I've tried reaching out through DM, email, and the website. Straight silence. This site is a scam. Please take the chance to share this with others before they make the same mistake I did.

I placed my order of Plufl’s cooling body pillow directly with the firm and had an issue with shipping delay at first, but that was solved promptly upon my complaint. Was fully satisfied — the quality of the product was definitely worth the wait and every penny.

This is the best Body pillow ever! I bought 2! I love mine and my daugher loves her. She was having back problems from playing soccer and now she is pain free! I actually are looking to possibly purchase another for my son!

I purchased a Pluffl and was sent a color that I did not order. I inquired about this mistake and was told they ran out of the right color, and would send me a new cover in the right color as soon as it returned to stock. So, I waited. I sent another email after a few weeks to ask again, and received the same response from customer service. Sure, I will wait longer.

During this time, I decided to order another bed for my other son. The same thing happened. I sent photos and asked customer service what was happening? Once again, I was told that I would receive replacement covers in the colors that I ordered as soon as it returned to stock. Ok…

Another several weeks go by, customer service sends nothing. It’s disappointing that when you order a product from this store, that you simply cannot get what you ordered. Then have customer service mislead you again, and again. What a disappointment.

I bought the large Hugl body pillow for my pregnant wife, and it has honestly made a huge difference in her sleep. She had been struggling to get comfortable at night, but since using this pillow, she’s been sleeping much more soundly and waking up with less discomfort.

The support is excellent—firm but still soft—and it really helps take pressure off her back and hips. The U-shape design makes it easy for her to stay comfortable whether she’s on her side or adjusting positions throughout the night.

One of the best features is how cool it stays. She tends to get warm at night, especially during pregnancy, and this pillow actually helps regulate temperature instead of trapping heat like others we’ve tried.

The quality also stands out—the materials feel premium, and the washable cover is a big plus. It’s clear this pillow was designed with comfort and practicality in mind.

If you’re on the fence, don’t be—you will not regret buying it. Highly recommend for anyone, especially pregnant women or side sleepers, looking for better rest!

You’d never guess that something that’s not a medication would facilitate such a great night’s sleep! Turn the room temp down, get in your pillow and awake refreshed!

This pillow is amazing! It is expensive, but worth every penny. I have trouble sleeping thru the night and am also a hot sleeper. Since I got my plufl I sleep thru the night mostly and do not wake up soaking. I also have their cooling blanket which is also amazing!! I even have a plufl in my guest room. Best thing I have bought in a long time.

I needed a large Hugl due to my height and the website was showing as out of stock. I had just received my welcome text and replied as suggested asking when they would be available. Bryan responded immediately with a link so I could purchase my large Hugl and it was shipped that day! I’ve been sleeping great and his service really impressed me. Now I am seriously considering a dog bed if I could find a spot for it. Thank you!!!

I received my Plufl back in November of last year, and it’s been a great addition ever since. The design is comfortable and well thought out, and it’s surprisingly cozy to curl up in. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the materials have held up nicely over time.

There was a slight snag with getting all parts of my order delivered at the same time, but Bryan in support was incredibly helpful and even offered me a 10% refund for the trouble.

I ordered a Plufl 1-2-26. Never received it. They blamed FedEx. Several emails were sent-they said just be patient. 4 weeks later - they said they would send another one and refund $150. Never sent. 8 weeks later I requested a refund. I waited 10 days and finally contacted Visa. They issued my refund. This is a terrible company to deal with. If you want a human dog bed, I would recommend NOT ordering direct from Plufl.

It took ages (months) for them to finally respond to me. I was able to connect by messaging the company on their Facebook page.... Plufl never saw any of my emails or Kickstarter messages, and is now charging me $58 USD additional shipping cost. They weren't able to deliver mine or most of their backers' orders since August 2025 and never even prompted me to pay for additional fees through the pledge manager. The estimated cost of delivery was between $10-$20 during their campaign, and suddenly it's 3-4x more?! $58 for bedsheets is astronomical, especially from U.S. to Canada.
Plufl would much rather keep the $109 that I pledged for the product than to complete their obligation or refund me. Lastly, I already explained that I can't afford the ridiculous shipping cost, and I have no use for the furfree sheets, since my cat passed away last Christmas. This is truly poor business practice and a scam! They've now decided to continue ignoring me instead of coming up with a solution.
