From ordering my milounge bed to delivery the process was fast and efficient! The bed is something else! Extremely comfortable and cozy. It is such a delight to lay in it and feel like im on a cloud! The price is well justified for the outstanding quality you get! Perfect product and if you are hesitating whether to buy one all i can say is you will not regret it!

I had the most amazing, so durable and comfortable and the price was great.

Impressed with the quality of the bed, the zip looks a little flimsy however we will see when it’s been washed a few times. The only thing about it I don’t really like is the colour of the bed. I ordered the cream colour and it looks a little yellow, I was going to send it back for the grey but as it will be going in the bedroom it’s not a massive issue but there are nicer cream colours.

Update to my previous review! I was sent the wrong colour cover in error and this company have offered to send a FREE cover the right colour and I may keep the other one too! Top service from a very good company who I can totally recommend! Thankyou MILOUNGE! Also great quick service for the cover I’ve since bought!

Absolutely love my Milounge human dog bed! Was well worth the hype. Was out of stock but now having restocked I am one happy customer and was worth the wait. I will be recommending everyone this product you will not be disappointed!

[Update 2/27] The founder reached out and made things right, good on him and I appreciate the quick turnaround. The dog is happy, the owners are happy, I may purchase another in the future if I see the improvements I mentioned to them are implemented.

[Update 2/26] The product arrived and it actually looks quite good. The customer service is just awful. Christian, I don't know if you're the owner or a CSR but it's clear that you don't know what you're doing. You promise a date and miss it, then offer a refund on the storage bag and don't follow through on it, and then you don't even know if the product was actually picked up by DHL. Not to mention the website misleads customers about shipping costs and whether the product is in stock or on preorder. I hope the company finds someone experienced in these areas and fixes it before more customers get turned away from an actually decent product.

Why pretend your product is in stock and take people's money when it's not? I ordered a week ago and received an email saying it'll be shipped on the 20th. It's now the 21st and it hasn't shipped. I was also charged $131 for shipping when your website says it's £39?? What kind of scam is this

Update: support responded to me and offered free storage bag, their shipping prices are just outdated and really need to be updated to not mislead fellow Canadian customers. Will adjust rating once the product is actually received

Good quality item. Not the superb quality they’re staying on website but for the price they’re asking, it’s worth it. Kids love it. Sweaty material though! It sheds EVERYWHERE for a week or so. Overall happy.

Human Dog Bed absolutely perfect for our Rottweiler and gets cuddles in comfort, kids jump in with him and chill out!

The bed is exactly what I was expecting and we love it - humans and dogs. Very comfortable. Easy to put together.

I bought one for my son's birthday. He laid in it last night and we put a show on that we always watch together. I joked to him that he'd fall asleep as the bed looked so comfy. Well, not long into the show, he was fast asleep!! He's never done that before! Definitely 5 stars!! Our two dogs love it too, especially our bigger dog who thinks it's just for him! Definitely recommend!

Got a message from DPD about vat and duty on my order paid it but still have not been refunded
