Should be bigger and more protected for shipping for the price, and because they were shipped in a flexible plastic envelope, several of the pieces were broken. If one of their biggest selling features is wooden puzzles, they should protect them since they snap more easily than the traditional cardboard.

I did receive the puzzle I ordered, and I don't even mind that it came a little after Christmas, I understand shipping is very difficult at that time. However, what's unexcusable is shipping the puzzle in a cloth sack inside a paper envelope. At least four of the pieces were broken in transit, as if they were stomped upon (which they might have been). Some of them in half, others had protrusions hanging loose. We could still put the puzzle together, but I cannot recommend this vendor.

Lots of emails saying where my package was but it was never delivered to my address. This appears to be a common complaint.

Why no answer with email? Is there another way to contact you?

I have the same complaint my puzzle which was to be a gift went to another state then the state i live in. totally wrong address.

Ordered beginning of December, still not received my order, shipping states it was delivered to the Netherlands, not UK, tried contacting only for my emails to be bounced back 😡😡😡

You never sent my purchase, but u put it on my charge card. Please refund my charge 30.92 on 12/08/2022

All the reviews match exactly my experience. I ordered a puzzle at the beginning of December and I still have not received it (it’s the beginning of January). They do not tell you what company they use to ship the items and do not respond to emails. Based on their website my item was supposed to be delivered a week ago but nothing was delivered. Absolutely horrible service.

I order begining of december to receive the puzzle before christmas, it is shown as delivered but I didn't receive anything!
I'm now in contact for 2 weeks with the customer service but... nothing moves...

Fun and challenging puzzle. Different from the typical jigsaw puzzles that I usually do. The delicate nature, I was surprised that there was only one piece with a broken part. Overall experience was highly worth the time.

O puzzle não é para crianças e principiantes. É um desafio para jogadores experientes. Não precisei de foto para orientar o jogo, achei as peças bem feitas, a entrega foi rápida. A decepção fica por conta do anúncio que mostra uma caixa incrível para armazenar o jogo e que não vem. Vários compradores ficaram decepcionados. Na minha opinião o produto é bom e esse detalhe só estraga a experiência. Sugiro mudar o anúncio ou deixar claro que a caixa não vem junto.

I purchased a puzzle from this site. I live in Alabama. When I checked the tracking on my order it was sent to some address in California. I emailed Milopuzzle about it and I never received any info back from them.
