SCAM Company. NEVER buy anything from them.

All the reviews I have read fit the exact thing I have gone through. My package was shipped and tracking shows it was delivered to NY and I live in CA. I ordered my puzzles the first week of Dec and hoped to get them for Christmas. I just sent an email to them but who knows if I will receive a response.

Total rip off. Addressed for NY, delivered to Texas. Never received package.

Puzzle was not like in the video, either for size (which cost me more) or for presentation (not in the nice box, but a bag) and the postage charged was 5x it's actual cost. All emails were returned, non-deliverable and the website contact goes nowhere. While you do get the puzzle, eventually (waited 5 weeks for delivery) it is nowhere near worth the cost or time!

My package said it was delivered and we'll there was no package on my door step real shame cause the puzzle looked wicked cool will never buy from this company again

The worst company which I ever seen. I ordered and payed the product in advance, but nothing was arrived. I wrote them in connection with this, they sent me a tracking number but there was not true or they didn't send anything. The ordering have never arrived. I feel cheated....

I'd put 0 stars if that was an option. Ordered 2 for Christmas presents back in November and still haven't received them but keep getting emails asking me to give a review! Customer Service bounces back too so obviously been scammed 🙄

Ordered way before Xmas and still have not received. Says delivered to MN when I live in NV. Scam company, wish I had read reviews before ordering. Going to try and get my money back! This is exactly the reason I don’t normally buy from overseas!!!

I ordered on dec7 paid 18 dollars for expedited shipping, we are now jan2 and still nothing,I sent an email,I had to send them my proof of purchase, so disappointed,they really look like fun.😔

Ho fatto pagamento a metà ottobre con promessa che sarebbe arrivato entro natale ma cosi non é stato cerco di contattarli ma non mi rispondono. Non ho ancora ricevuto il pacco!!!!!

I ordered 2 puzzles on dec 8, to use them as Christmas presents...so far nothing has arrived jet

I ordered on dec 10th and received notice I would have my puzzle for Christmas. January 2nd and still waiting???

Ordered on Dec 10th - delivered on Dec 31st in GA.... I live in VA.
Contacted customer service twice with no reply even though their response time state replies are within 24-hours.
Definitely a scam!

Order No. 00044103 did NOT arrive. Tracker says it has been delivered. But to whom - certainly not me. Email sent to Milo regarding this, no response. Will be contacting card company for a refund. A real shame was looking forward to receiving a unique puzzle.

I purchased four puzzles for our15 to 18 year old grand children. They become the hit of the day. The colors are great and offered enough challenge to be entertaining. Loved the cloth bags. However the site I ordered from made appear they would be in cute wooden boxes.

Never received my order even though they said it was delivered. Never reviewed shipping information as well. Tried to email the address and the address isn't correct.

The puzzles ended up more expensive than the discount prices would suggest. Then £16 delivery charges were added. They arrived in good time, and the puzzles were smaller than expected but beautiful. However three of the five puzzles were damaged. I've tried contacting the company on two separate email addresses, neither of which are valid. I am now seeking a refund from PayPal. The puzzles delivered were made by Aimpuzzle which is a different company. I can only assume that Milopuzzle posted a scam advert on Facebook. Beware.
