If I could I would give them 0 stars review. The puzzles were ordered in 2022 before Christmas, shipping supposed take around one month ,which didn't arrive obviously. Sent the email some time after that , asking what's happening, didn't get the respond, got the message back few months after that the puzzles have been delivered which were obviously not. Had to send them proof and screenshots ,have been emailing with them for over a year, very difficult to talk to them and to get any informations,very unresponsive most of the time. I am still waiting for Amy reply, my puzzles or my money, they simply stopped talking to me and I lost my time, money and patience. I don't understand how this company can get away with that and steal money from people like that. They should be chucked out and investigated.

Dec 2022 I ordered 2 puzzles. They were delivered to Florida and I live in Montana. I showed them proof, in screen shots of everything time and time again. I have been in contact with support for a year now. It's the principle of the matter. 1 person said in two emails, July and August in 2023 that I would be getting a refund. He was soon replaced as the spokesperson and everyone else has given the same old rhetoric.

Don't buy never received anything got no responce

The puzzle never arrived yet the tracking claimed that it had. I then had multiple emails with this outfit who claimed that they would refund my money. They didn't.
They are an appalling scam, don't touch them.

Ordered puzzles last Nov. 2022! I didn't receive them. They promised me the product. They promised me a refund. It's been a whole year and I'm out $64.00. Scam. Don't order from this company.

Don’t even think ordering anything from these scammers, I never received my order, it’s been more than a year. It was Christmas presents for kids, I’ve been contacting them, all I heard is excuses. Shame on scammers.

UPDATE OCTOBER 1, 2023 - I read another email from them now pretending that I am just awaiting an order and wanting proof of my payment and my order information so they can check on my shipment?!!!! I wrote back WHO ARE YOU!? I have been through all of this and in my last message I copied part of your emails stating that you said I would be receiving a refund which I have not received!!!! End of this Update!
I have been in contact with the company via email since my puzzles were delivered to the wrong address according to their own tracking information. (My puzzles were purchased 6 December 2022 and I live in Montana. They were delivered to the wrong address in Florida 30 December 2022. I have copies of everything.) There have been many emails back and forth and finally in July 2023 they said it would be 2-7 working days for my refund. I waited and responded that I hadn't received the email notice they said I would receive when the refund was issued and I hadn't received the refund. In August, they said it would be 5-7 working days (always adding it depended on the bank process). Again I waited and I responded that I hadn't received anything. Then this month, September 2023 they apologize for the inconvenience however they depend on the update provided by the accounting team. So it will be escalated to find out what is happening with my refund. They said to let them know if I had any concerns. I responded this time, September 2023,"I appreciate you escalating this matter so you can further check what's happening with my refund because that is my concern and why I am writing, again." I added "it doesn't matter how long it takes, I will keep checking on it and I will keep writing reviews about my dissatisfaction until the refund has been issued to me." So here I am, writing a review, again. I paid $38.91 for two puzzles to be delivered to me last December and we are a few months from it being a year. I am sure they have been hoping I would just forget about it but it isn't a small amount of money to me!

I have tried to get in touch as my parcel has not arrived. You would be better off not ordering than actually having to chase the order that never arrives

The puzzle hasn't arrived after nine months and many emails. I have asked them to either re-send or refund, all they say is that they are looking into it. : (

Are you kidding, Milopuzzle is massive scammers, do not waste your money. Xmas presents ordered not delivered despite tracking issued. No response to emails requested a refund.

Have been waiting for months to receive a puzzle from these guys.
It bugs me to no end to have to do this, but I'm warning anyone who will listen...1) don't bother tracking your package...it'll wind up being "delivered" anywhere it might have fallen off the truck/plane. 2) there's no easy way to contact these people. 3) since you can't contact anybody, you can forget about the refund.

I ordered last year, got a message saying it was delivered but it was not. I contacted the company, they kept saying they were following up, but I have to keep chasing them. It's now April and still no puzzle or refund. I've asked for a refund today, but doubt I'll get it.

Purchased 2 puzzles in November it is March no puzzles. I email and they say will get me shipping info. NEVER DO. This is a scam DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

Do not purchase their products. I purchased 4 wooden puzzles and all were the wrong size. I contacted company and asked for refund, and company refused to either send me a full refund or send the items that I purchased. They continue to advertise wrong size online despite my experience. They are taking your money and sending you the wrong items. Do not get scammed!
