Ordered a puzzle 2 months ago, paid the full price with delivery, still no sign of the package. The customer service sends the same template email with the fake tracking number and site link. DO NOT RECOMMEND, SCAM!

I bought a puzzle beginning of Dec./22, it's now Feb. 9/23. Sure would like to give my wife her Christmas present, that I paid for.

Waiting for shipment info for 1 month ! Only, robot reply as,"thank you, delivery will be ready in 2-5 days". Just a mockery. Pure scam company !!!

IF I could get no stars I would. 1st, my order took forever to get shipped. When it did, they shipped it to the wrong state. I live in PA, they sent it to Texas. When I sent them an email, they ask me to go look for my package. SHM, now I requested them to ship me new puzzles, well they are investigating where the package was send.

I bought puzzles at the end of December 29.12.2022, still I didn't received my order. When I contact them (on 16.01.2023) they say me that I need to wait. Today I received information that I need to wait another 12-18 days. I won't recommend it.

The items (2) tracking status stated that delivery was made.
However, no delivery was received.
No card indicating a neighbouring address.
No neighbours checked with (6) received.
the matter is being investigated though..

Nobody from customer service will get back with you and when they do its a standard generic email. Dont waste your time and money. Its a scam

Ordered in October for a Christmas present. Didn't show up despite many emails saying it was definitely of the way now. It's now February and they're not even sending a refund when I ask, they just keep saying it's on the way. This is a scam, do not buy from them.

They don't even deserve one star, but I had to choose one in order to leave a review. I ordered in December, with plenty of time for Christmas delivery according to their promises. It's now a week into February and I have not received my order, got no reply to my multiple customer service inquiries and see them still running ads with yet another different name. I finally contested the payment with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Shortly after Xmas last year I received the ordered puzzle: one piece missing, two pieces damaged, pouch damaged. I contacted Milopuzzle and requested my money back. They responded with an 'offer' covering less than half of the total price I paid and mentioning that I won't need to return the puzzle if I accepted.
I declined as this is to me bad business practice and urged them again. They came back with another 'offer' and reasoned that the long-distance shipping from China to the UK is the issue.
So....? Is this my problem as a customer, who pays for the shipping....?
Next, I opened a case with PayPal and worked it through their resolution centre. They agreed with the seller to refund me the full cost under the condition that I returned the puzzle and on my cost to the (apparent) company's address in a village in China.
I enquired potential mailing costs with the Post Office and learned that if I returned the puzzle as 'tracked', the cost would be nearly half of what I paid to receive it in first place.
I decided to put a stop on this dilemma and leave the issue as a pretty disappointed customer! I can't win.....
This purchase has by far been the worst experience if it came to receive an internationally shipped item and is to me unethical business practice. Some deliveries around the globe may work, many won't as I followed from other reviews on Trustpilot. The seller keeps the moneys anyway as customers unlikely go through such troubles with aiming to resolve the issue.
I am glad that it is 'just' a puzzle, although it is by no means an acceptable business practice to me.

I haven't received my order. I have emailed the company five times but not had any response or acknowledgment. So now I have paid for two puzzles I haven't received and I don't know how to resolve this issue as the company just do not respond.
I have never written a bad review before and would rather the company had resolved this issue (hence me sending five emails) before it came to this. 😒

Milo said they delivered my item on Jan 2, but I never received it. No one has responded to my emails regarding these items. I purchased them so my dad could keep his mind off of chemotherapy and his prostate cancer. Will someone pleas tell me how to get the puzzles I ordered?

J'ai passé ma commande le 30 novembre 2022, ils ont pris mon paiement mais, à ce jour (2 février 2023), je n'ai toujours rien reçu. J'ai tenté de communiquer avec eux à support@XXX mais un avis de non livraison m'est retourné. Je veux être remboursé. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie.

I placed my order on November 30, 2022, they took my payment but as of today (February 2, 2023) I still have not received anything. I have tried to contact them at support@XXX but a non-delivery notice is returned to me. I want my money back. I do not recommend this company.

Bonjour, site toujours aussi nul, mail reçu le 27/1/23 qui enfin parle d’un remboursement de ma cde du 16/12/22 sous 2/3 jours ouvrés, aujourd’hui nouveau mail délai 7 jours et bien sûr ce n’est jamais la même personne qui signe le mail, désespérant ! Je déconseille tout achat sur ce site mercantile ! C’est de l’arnaque !

I ordered five of these puzzles, but I am very dissapointed. Two of them have an ugly yellow frame around the edges that is not mentioned or shown on the site itself. One of the butterfly pictures came with almost no animal figurine pieces in it. And after puzzling four out of the five I've got, ALL of these four have some broken piece in it even before I begin the puzzle, so they don't seem to be made out of good quality. They also ask you to send them an email on your opinion about the puzzles, but I recieved today a notification that my e-mail to them cannot be sent as that is not a real e-mail adress, even though they asked for my opinion - strange! I will not purchase any more puzzle from this company!

Shame others had delivery issues - my 2 puzzles arrived within 10 days, which was quicker than I was expecting! The puzzles are delightful - colourful and with very quirky shapes, don't take long to achieve but they are a joy to work on and see the finished picture. Everything I was expecting. Thank you.
