Milopuzzle Omdömen

Never sent me anything kept my money cannot get a hold of the company to get my money had to turn them in for fraud,

Ordered in December. Packages were delivered in Illinois or Indiana and never received in missouri or Colorado. It took another 3 months to finally get a refund. Do not order from them!

Check sizes before buying, the picture for the puzzle was so small it was almost useless. I'll never buy another.

That many different names for this company
Lost £45 quid should have known better

This site is a fraud. Charged my card, never received item. Reported to authorities

I ordered 2 puzzles for christmas and they never came in. The say it was delivered, I checked all my video cameras and it is a lie. My contact with them has been promise after promise and I was hoping they would make good on the order. It's March and still no puzzles and no refund!!!

No puzzle..took my money though.
Tried many many times to find out where my puzzle was..always got the runaround..last time was oh qe will ship another...guess what....still no puzzle...terrible terrible company to work with....DONT..JUST DONT order anything from them...will not get it.

Ordered a puzzle at the beginning of December. It is the end of February and never received, although they were quick to process my payment. No response to inquiries. I got an email that the package shipped and several requests for me to review the product. Do not buy anything from this company.

Ordered and paid for 2 puzzles late November and never received them.. they’ve said can’t deliver to my area, then I’ve sent wrong address, will send tracking details that never get sent.my list of their excuses are vast and repetitive. Don’t let them con you. I know I’ve lost my money and will never receive the jigsaws. They are scam merchants without a doubt. Update. Now trading as Bliss puzzles.

Never recieved item.scammers

I don’t wanna recommend how about im received my order not like other people but not like details its coming a small bag no picture or tutorial picture just a really small card on this bag and 2 pieces was broken and now not hole this puzzle. This Companz working not really we’ll I recommend the same puzzle from eBay ir AliExpress a lot of there from theses as well. And when something is wrong you can erase your problem.

I ordered puzzles for Christmas and they still haven't arrived it is now Mid Feb. Customer services just repeat the same rubbish
It is clear I will never receive them
I would NEVER order from this company again
I would have give zero stars if I could

Agree with other comments. My order was shipped to a totally different address (supposedly shipped). I receive the same email response every time I inquire. They say my refund is coming but I have not seen it after 3 months of waiting . Do not buy from them, I believe it is a scam-waste of time and money!

Scam seller. Claim to have shipped and even supplied tracking details for several different companies!

No goods delivered and rather disappointingly PayPal refused a refund. PayPal need to stop allowing them to use their services as they are clearly con merchants. Do not use.

I ordered two puzzles online but never received them nor did I hear back from customer service when I queried.

I would put no stars but then I cannot comment. I have been round & round with this company. I never received my order. (Oct.2022) finally said they sent it, to another state! Now "investigating"...

NEVER GOT MY PUZZLE, ORDERED FOR CHRISTMAS, Now it's Feb. 10!!
