Wish I had seen some of these reviews beforehand. I ordered back in November and still have not received my 2 puzzles or heard back from the company. Disappointed because they did look beautiful.

I ordered 2 puzzles back in January. Tracking number does not work as it keeps showing as "unknown" The email replies "jeneric" almays the same reply. I have asked for a refund but as yet no answer. Please avoid this company.

Avoid.These are a scam outfit.
Bought two puzzles for Xmas. They didn't show up and after some investigation it appears they sent 'something' to a completely random address through Yodel.
I have contacted them numerous times since and each time they send a reply (allegedly from someone called Matthew) saying they'd send the products. Two months later and still nothing.
Any requests for a refund are just ignored.
Complete rip off - avoid!

Ordered puzzles for Christmas, which never arrived.

Contacted them, got one sketchy response, since then no response my enquiries.

Do not attempt to buy, this is a scam based in China.

I ordered a puzzle almost 3 weeks ago and still not received it. I wonder when i will get it... i hope i will but i am not confident after reading so many bad reviews.
I contacted them several times in email, the response is slow and there is no update about my order.

This Company is dishonest, please don't waste your money. If you buy from these people you will lose your money and a great deal of your time. I ordered a puzzle at the beginning of November and still haven't received it. After demanding a refund I still haven't received it. Their emails are very polite and positive but do not trust them, they are liars

I never received my order I have emailed them with no response VERY DISAPPOINTED

I ordered two puzzles on Dec. 5, 2022 and have yet to receive them. No tracking available. Seems like a scam to me.

I'm so angry, I've been waiting for a refund but this company keeps blowing me off. I've never had to deal with such an unprofessional company. They completely ripped me off. I'm out like 36 dollars. I hope no one buys anything from them because you probably won't get your puzzle or a refund. Don't waste your money. I wish I would have checked all the reviews before I ordered.

Je suis très satisfaite de ma commande et expérience,les puzzles sont de haute qualité et exactement comme sur les photos du sites,un Peu cher mais ça en vaut le coup surtout les beaux et magnifiques pochettes où sont mis les piècesdu puzzle, le service a la clientèle est excellent selon mon expérience.
Certes un le délai de livraison est un peu long mais normal car beaucoup de commande.
Je recommande fortement milopuzzle

If you don't want to read my whole review overall customer service was horrible getting a different person every time I responded to an email.

Went back and forth for weeks with customer service trying to get answers only to get someone different when I respond to them and then that person also says they are going to look into the issue. I never got a response before I finally decided to just give in and order the puzzle for my son as I gift.

Once I finally received the puzzle after a month of waiting I found out that the puzzle did not come in a box like most puzzles but a bag. I saw advertisements where they showed a box so I contacted customer service again and after back and forth with customer service and having a different person every time I received an answer that the specific puzzle I received does not come in a box.

I decided to give them an extra star because the product itself seems cool. I just hope all the pieces are there.

I ordered what was supposed to be a round, magnetized puzzle that was to come in a round box also magnetized. I purchased the Large. It was for a christmas gift and promised to arrive before xmas, but it did not. When it did arrive, instead of being in a box, it was in a fabric bag. It was not magnetized. Reps at your company offered a voucher, however though they have sent several voucher codes, not one has worked. Not only that but I have asked that they send the url that the codes do work on, or send me the item I am trying to order w the voucher code. They never respond w the url or other options. All they do is repeat the same thing over and over and that is the code is for a one time use and purchase. All I am trying to do is make a one time purchase of one item, but the codes are coming back as invalid. I have sent screenshots to prove this each time to no avail. Maybe whomever reads this will be able to assist me.

Beautiful quality expensively made but a great price look forward to buying many many more!!!

Tried to contact this company at their help/support email and it kept kicking back the message and saying it was undeliverable. They did not send all the puzzle pieces. There were missing 2 pieces and there's no way they were lost. They were in the same spot from where we put it after she opened it for Christmas. My Mom is very good about organization and keeping track of things. There's just no way she lost 2 pcs. The puzzle pieces were cheaply made and I wasn't happy with the end result for her.

Ordered a puzzle mid December to date have not received that puzzle. Still going back and forth with customer service rep. Tracking showed delivered past Customs from China still have not received the puzzle. Don't think I ever will have requested a refund nothing to date. I would never recommend this company.

Mais...Pas de jolie boîte comme sur la pub, je suppose que c'est pour économiser sur les frais de transport...
Attention ils sont très très petits !
Donc, très rapides à monter !
Beaux motifs et belles couleurs.
Je conseille de payer par PayPal pour éviter les désagréments vu les commentaires négatifs !
