Milopuzzle Omdömen 

Ordered 2 puzzles on December 12 for Christmas presents. It said it would take 5-7 days to deliver. It shipped out about 5 days after I ordered it. Using the tracking number provided I followed its progress from China for the next three weeks, or maybe that was just theater. I never heard of the carrier before. When it was finally allegedly delivered, it was delivered to a state 2,000 miles from where I live. I contacted them for a refund. Got the run around.

Although my puzzle arrived on time the quality was awful. Two pieces missing, one piece broken and the print off centre meaning that some of the design had been cut off. They then only offered a partial refund despite not telling me that I couldn't return it because of the cost. Although they finally agreed to refund the full amount for the puzzle, they keep making excuses as of waiting longer than the 2-7 working days they advised. Still battling with them. Look elsewhere.

Took a while to complete as I’m 89 years old with arthritic hands, and the pieces were small. But I completed it in 5 days.
A very satisfying experience, and I’m ready to do another of your puzzles, just going to look and choose one, many thanks.

Very nice puzzles! Always the same kind of parts, but never boring because of the different pictures.

I never got my puzzles and they never returned my emails. So frustrating 😡
It was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

La entrega ha sido penosa, hasta tres veces tuvieron que venir ha hacer la entrega. Cambien de empresa de transporte. El puzzle bien, por el precio que pagas no esperes el del video.

I had received the puzzles on time, I had ordered 3 puzzles 2 of them where what it said on the bag but the last one looked like a iced cave but it turned out to be a wolf face. Is a good gift idea and the pieces of the puzzle are good quality but the colors tend to be too dark then the pictures so you end up with third of the pieces to be black.

I ordered 3 puzzles as Christmas gifts on November 5th. The payment was processed immediately and my order never arrived. I live in Ontario and the tracking said that it was delivered to Alberta. I sent over a dozen emails asking for a refund, each time they gave me the run around and said that they would be "checking into" my order. Finally received my refund Jan. 16th but it wasn't for the full amount because the value of the dollar has changed. I think this company is a scam.

I ordered 2 puzzles on December 7. I kept checking the tracking and it looked like it was on the way. Finally checked again on 1/11/23 and see that it was delivered on 12/30/22 in Massachusetts. Only problem is that I live in Virginia. The email they provide for contacting them is bogus. Finally filed a fraud claim on my credit card.

Took my money, got no puzzle!!!!

Ich habe vor 2 Monate 3 Artikel bestellt und sie immernoch nicht erhalten. Ich habe die Firma schon zweimal kontaktiert und bekomme immer die Antwort, dass ich in den nächsten Tagen den Tracking-Nummer erhalten werde, aber es passiert nicht.
Ich habe eie bei Paypal gemeldet

My order which was supposed to be delivered by Christmas has not arrived, we are Jan 16th 2023. I tried to login in their web site, but the login I created does not exist. i can't login. I have received no email from them after the order. I have now emailled them (who knows) asking for advice.
At this stage it looks like a proper scam. It not a USA company, they are in China.
Act with cauton if you apporach them.

Well, I am usually the one that gets taken, but I am, so far, pleased with my purchase. I have not tried to put one together yet. i have done many by other companies. The one thing I am disappointed in is the size of the example. I can not put these puzzles together with a 3"x4" picture. Any way to send me larger pics?

I ordered my puzzle on 27.12.22 and have still not received it???

Im still waiting for a $325 refund because they put my order through twice!! I now have 176 terrible tiny puzzles I dont want. Their refund policy is a LIE! Their check out has been set up to lead us to believe that our order didnt go through so that we think we have to do it again then BOOM charged twice but only got one e-receipt. Later I checked my bank account to see the 2nd order charged. Where is my 2nd receipt?? This is not the first time a chinese company from China has done this!! The puzzles...they are very tiny and hard to put pieces together, and have a STAMP size picture to follow for reference. Total rip off!!! Yet they keep sending me emails to write a review do I will keep writing a review until I get my refund!!
6 weeks and at least 10 emails later. No refund!

This company is becoming infamous for sending puzzles to the WRONG ADDRESSES. How could a legitimate company send so many packages to the WRONG STATES? Our three-puzzle order was sent to Pennsylvania; we live in Florida. Do they hire people that cannot read addresses? God bless them. If they do not remedy this unjustifiable flaw, maybe we should all boycott Milopuzzle.

Ordered a puzzle in December and it never arrived. My credit card shows the transaction but I never received anything. I was very disappointed and would appreciate a refund if I'm not going to get the puzzle.
